Like a bellows. The inside is empty, like blowing air with a bellows. The three channels and four wheels are like the six dharmas. Visualize clearly, blowing air like a nine-section bamboo tube. Meditate on the four unions, holding the vase breathing. At that time, practice the five-limbed illusory wheel. At that time, when the breath is mastered. Sit in the vajra posture, holding the breath well. The right hand touches both knees and the forehead. Then, ring the bell six times, counting it as one. Like that, up to thirty-six times. The breath can be held inside, that is the lowest. Twice is medium, being able to hold up to a hundred times is the best. That meaning comes from the root tantra of the Compendium. Having known the vase breathing beforehand. One's self sits in the vajra posture. Having caressed three times with the hands. Then ring the bell six times. Until thirty-six times. Tripling the great effort. Exceeding one hundred and eight times. As it is said, after signs of the breath appear. At the upper end of the central channel, at the Brahma aperture of the crown of the head. The white ཧཾ་(Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: haṃ) letter with its head pointing down. In the center of the throat channel, the white ཨོཾ་(Tibetan: ཨོཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) letter with its head pointing up. In the center of the heart, on the moon seat, the blue Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) letter with its head pointing down. In the center of the navel, the red ཨཱཿ(Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) letter with its head pointing up. All four are adorned with crests, bindus, half-moons, and nādas, like hair tufts. By meditating on them as extremely clear and radiant, the clear appearance arises. By meditating on the bodhicitta dripping like mercury. The experience of bliss will arise. In detail, emit vowels and consonants in the channel petals. Although there are arrangements, these four letters are sufficient. Many targets are not profound, stability is profound. Four fingers below the navel, at the junction of the three channels. The ཨ་(Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) letter and the ཤད་(Tibetan: ཤད་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: śad, Chinese literal meaning: Shad) stroke, like cinnabar writing. Triangular, thin channels, thick at the tip, the color of red-hot iron. Like a cut hawthorn thorn, the cut facing upwards. Initially like mustard seeds, medium in size. It is said that generating small tummo is very profound. By holding the breath from both the left and right channels, then blowing there. Like fanning a coal fire. From the ཨ་(Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) letter and the ཨ་ཤད་(Tibetan: ཨ་ཤད་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: aśad, Chinese literal meaning: Ashad) stroke, fire blazes. Burning the ཧཱུྃ་(Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) letter in the heart and the ཨོཾ་(Tibetan: ཨོཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) letter in the throat. Filling the ends of the pores with fire. Burning the sins, obscurations, diseases, and harms accumulated from beginningless time. Burning the impure aggregates, elements, and sense bases. Meditating on transforming them into a pure wisdom body. While holding the breath, perform the six cycles of Naropa.
