在净治续部《一切明智》中，也说了它的名字，如是念诵所说的明咒，念诵十万或百万遍，或念诵千万遍，或念诵一亿遍，将转生于天神族中。如是说。此仪轨如行续部所说，如果能做到如净洁、戒肉酒等，种种行持那样成就最好。即使不能做到，也不会像行续部那样，不能获得成就和不产生利益，所以这个方法也很方便。如阿底峡尊者所说：藏地因为不注重洁净，所以行部不能成就；因为分别念多，所以无上部很难成就。据说在藏地这个瑜伽续部可以成就。如净治续部所说：安住在金刚萨埵的处所，一切都吃，一切都做，将会成就，不会被罪业所染污，具有慈悲心更不用说了。如是随心所欲地，此续部可以成就。现在因为害怕世间人的恶语，愚蠢地说：法不听懂需要《一切明智》，声音不听懂需要铃铛，客人不请需要交换。无论如何，这是舍弃佛法的重罪之语，连随声附和也不行。因为做了《一切明智》仪轨，一切世间护法都会守护，吉祥安乐将会产生。特别对于病人等，如果做了《一切明智》仪轨和灌顶，认为不高兴会死，这也是非常愚蠢的。做了《一切明智》仪轨和灌顶，这是最好的息灾，上师自己的守护也是《一切明智》仪轨最好。如果做了此仪轨的朵玛供养等，会雨水按时降临，庄稼丰收，平息外敌的战争等，所以是最好的息灾。在净治续部《一切明智》中，帝释天和梵天等天子们，四大天王和十方护法，八大世间护法，二十八药叉将，药叉大将财神和财神大将等，安住在菩萨地的菩萨们，龙王难陀和近难陀二者，抢夺

This ritual, as stated in the action tantra, is best if it can be accomplished with as many practices as possible, such as cleanliness and abstaining from meat and alcohol. Even if it cannot be accomplished, it will not be like the action tantra, where achievements are not obtained and benefits do not arise, so this method is also convenient. As Atisha said: "In Tibet, because cleanliness is not emphasized, the action tantra cannot be accomplished; because there are many conceptual thoughts, the unsurpassed tantra is difficult to accomplish. It is said that in Tibet, this yoga tantra can be accomplished." As stated in the purification tantra: "Residing in the place of Vajrasattva, eating everything, doing everything, you will be accomplished, and you will not be stained by sins. Needless to say, you will have compassion." Thus, at will, this tantra can be accomplished. Now, out of fear of the evil words of worldly people, foolishly saying: "For the Dharma not to be understood, you need 'All-Knowing Wisdom'; for the sound not to be understood, you need a bell; for the guest not to be invited, you need an exchange." In any case, this is a grave sin of abandoning the Dharma, and even echoing it is not allowed. Because by performing the "All-Knowing Wisdom" ritual, all worldly protectors will guard you, and auspiciousness and well-being will arise. Especially for the sick and others, if you perform the "All-Knowing Wisdom" ritual and empowerment, thinking that they will be unhappy and die, this is also very foolish. Performing the "All-Knowing Wisdom" ritual and empowerment is the best pacification, and the lama's own protection is also best with the "All-Knowing Wisdom" ritual. If you make torma offerings and so on for this ritual, rain will fall on time, crops will be abundant, and wars with foreign armies will be pacified, so it is the best pacification.
