Some scholars believe that if many, such as Geshes, need to quickly complete the empowerment of this sadhana, then this is problematic because the self-generation of one's own root deity has already preceded it, so in an instant the deities each change their positions. While reciting the sadhana, after reciting all the perfectly complete Namgyal Bumpa (Victorious Vase) central and front mandala, etc., invoke the blessings of the three places of wisdom, perform the empowerment, blessing, offering, and praise, reciting a small amount orally or meditating in the mind, and allowing the masses to chant mantras. Then, after the empowerment, the front vase is also recited again in the manner of changing positions. In this case, recite taking refuge in the Three Jewels, etc. The Seven Limbs have also been recited three times this morning, so even if the empowerment is given today, it is not necessary. Moreover, the subsequent rituals can also be combined tonight, which is the usual practice of wise teachers. Pandita Abhyakarara's own view is that one can visualize completion in an instant, simultaneously generating oneself, the front, and the vase, and then recite the mantra as much as possible, and then the empowerment can be performed. For ordinary black people, etc., who do not have time to practice, if empowerment is required, then there is no prohibition, but for others, if they wish to increase the empowerment lineage, then this should not be done. However, most lamas of other schools, because they have already performed the self-generation of their own root deity this morning, transform this instant position and clearly indicate to the disciple the object of receiving the empowerment. Therefore, they cut off the link of the front generation, and there are very many people who give empowerment without performing the subsequent permission, but there is no such thing in the tradition of one's own lineage. Visualize the self-generation transforming into Vajradhara, and at the same time as the front generation, visualize that inside the vase, on the lotus moon, the seed syllable is surrounded by a mantra garland, and visualize that nectar descends from the mantra garland, filling the vase, and then recite the mantra. Situ Chokyi Gyatso said that the empowerment is performed after visualizing that nectar descends from the mantra garland and the vase is filled. This seems to be a simplified practice of the Bari tradition. Also, visualize the activity vase with nectar swirling, etc., and it is sufficient to visualize it once this morning. For each subsequent permission, practice the activity vase.

If not needed, offer water and flowers; if more is needed, cleanse with a mirror. It is customary for the attendant to rise and offer a mandala. Regarding the method of empowerment, performing the vase empowerment first was done by Situ Chokyi Gyaltsen. This seems to be the practice of Bari Lotsawa. Performing the vase empowerment after bestowing blessings is the act of Chag Lotsawa Chokyong Zangpo. The old practice of the one hundred and two sadhana methods is to have the wisdom deity descend and merge, recite mantras, and immerse oneself in the three samadhis of body, speech, and mind, merely playing music and scattering flowers, without any empowerment substances, which is the abbreviated ritual composed by Konchok Yonten. This seems to be the usual practice of the Sakya school. This method is very popular among great scholars, but ordinary people do not seem satisfied, so one should perform a simplified Torma empowerment like the abbreviated "One Knowing, All Liberated" ritual, where the vase and Torma are alternated, which is better, and should be done that way. Furthermore, in the Bari Lotsawa tradition compiled by Situ Chokyi Gyaltsen, although the complete empowerment does not require Torma alternation, in order to satisfy ordinary people, the blessings of body, speech, and mind are all alternated with Torma, which seems to be the practice of most Lama Drongchokpas. However, to those with knowledge, this seems somewhat inconsistent, because the Indian Sanskrit original of the one hundred and two sadhana methods does not mention Torma empowerment. If there is an empowerment substance vase, that is good; if not, it will become unnecessary to generate the vase, and the vase empowerment is said to be the main empowerment in all four tantra classes. Having obtained this vase empowerment, it is already a complete subsequent permission, so even without Torma empowerment, one should know that the empowerment is complete. However, Je Wangchuk Dorje said that all subsequent permissions can be performed with Torma empowerment, so it is good to perform Torma empowerment after the subsequent permissions of body, speech, and mind. If one wants to simplify it a little, in the mind subsequent permission, one can meditate that the Torma generated in front is inseparable from oneself and merges into the disciple, and then place the Torma on the head, which is also permissible, as is done in Je Chokyi Wangchuk's "Unique Subsequent Permission, All-Pervading" and many other rituals. Furthermore, the abbreviated Sakya practice also includes recitation transmission.
