Wearing a garment of skin, with the right leg extended and the left leg bent, seated on a seat of various lotuses, skulls, and suns. The family lord is Akshobhya. (Tibetan: ས་བོན་ཧཱུཾ།, Devanagari: हुँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Om Vajra Amrita Maha Sukha Hum Hum Svaha. Sukha Hum Phet Svaha. Also the manifestation, is the heart mantra. Om Ah Vajra Gandhe Ho Hum Svaha. Is the mantra for accomplishing all actions. In the mandala of glorious Chakrasamvara, refuge and so on are the same as the common rituals. Inside the vast Vajra tent, above the mandala of wind, fire, water, and the Great Lord, on top of Mount Meru made of various jewels, with eight steps, in the center of various vajras situated on various lotuses and suns. A palace made of various jewels, square, with four doors, with walls of jewels built from the inside, above the five layers of walls of blue, green, red, yellow, and white, a yellow jewel parapet adorned with jewel inlays. Above that, on top of the jewel brackets, on the outside of the four golden belts, decorated with nets, half-nets, bells, whisks, garlands of flowers emerging from the mouths of makaras, and mirrors and moons moved by the wind, and so on. Jewel streamers hanging down from bird's wings, surrounded above by battlements in the shape of half lotus petals. Between these battlements are decorated with victory banners, flags, whisks, and so on. The four corners are adorned with four umbrellas, and on the outer edge, various dharani mothers are making offerings on the silk of desirable objects, the junctions of the doors and door frames and the four corners are adorned with vajra jewels situated on half moons. In front of the four doors, on a square platform, jewel steps supported by two pillars each situated on vases, possessing eleven layers of silk, at the top is a Dharma wheel situated on a lotus, accompanied by male and female deer on the right and left. Each layer of silk is decorated with victory banners, flags, and so on. On the outer ground, the outer perimeter of the palace filled with various desirable objects such as the seven jewels, is the outer side of the Vajra Fire Mountain, which is the great charnel ground.

In the mandala surrounded by eight directions, the deities are white in the east, green in the north, red in the west, and yellow in the south. In the blue center are five layers of wheels. In its center, on a variegated lotus with eight petals, upon the seat of Vajrabhairava and Kalachakra resting on the sun, I instantly visualize myself as the Bhagavan Chakrasamvara, with a blue body, four faces, and twelve arms. The main face is blue, the left is white, the back is red, and the right is yellow. Each face has three eyes. The first two hands hold a vajra and a bell, embracing the consort. The next two hands hold a fresh elephant hide, stretched out with blood. The third right hand holds a damaru, the fourth holds an axe, the fifth holds a curved knife, and the sixth holds a trident. The third left hand holds a vajra-marked, the fourth holds a skull cup filled with blood, the fifth holds a vajra lasso, and the sixth holds the four-faced head of Brahma. He stands with his right leg extended and his left leg bent. His matted hair is tied in a topknot, adorned with a wish-fulfilling jewel at the top, and decorated with a crescent moon on the left. The top of his head is adorned with various vajras. Each head is adorned with a crown of five dry skulls, and he wears a necklace of fifty fresh heads. He is adorned with six bone ornaments, and wears a tiger skin loincloth. He is graceful, brave, and unappealing, fierce, violent, and terrifying, compassionate, majestic, and peaceful, possessing the nine moods of dance.
