Three faces of yellow, blue, and red: lion, elephant, and monkey faces. From the south comes the Jewel Dakini, with three yellow faces and six arms. Three faces of red, blue, and white: lion, elephant, and monkey faces. Each corresponding to their respective lineage, of jewels. Shaking their hair, they rain down phurba showers. All in similar attire: The first holds a skull-cup knife at the heart, The middle one brandishes a sword and battle-axe, The last one holds an iron hook with a lion face, Holding a lasso marked with a vajra. Baring fangs, rolling tongues, manes ablaze. Three heads crowned with three horse heads, Emitting green neighs, blazing fiercely. Beards and hair ablaze with wisdom fire. At the navel, a wrathful face wide open, Devouring demons and evil guides. The lower body is a three-sided phurba, Piercing the hearts of enemies and obstructors fiercely. Surrounded by flesh-eaters and blood-drinkers, Dakinis who seize breath and slay life. The secret five Dakini sisters, Accept this adorned torma, Tonight, subdue the hateful enemies, Reduce enemies and obstructors to dust. Accomplish the entrusted tasks. PHAṬ! YA! RA! MA! SA! RA! DA! SHA! TSA! RA! MA! SA! KA! SA! The fourteen letters reversed. Oṃ Vajra Ḍāki Siṃhamukha Kīli Kīlaya Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ! Sa-pāriwāra, may the enemies and obstructors eat the flesh and blood! Eat! Eat! At this time, offer small tormas to each of the fourteen emanations of Siṃhamukhā and complete the torma offering. Siṃhamukhā with three faces and six arms, in front of her, invite the Dharma protectors to come swiftly, offer the torma, and entrust the activities. From the black snake hair, hail, scorpions, toads, and lizards emanate. The body is filled with ṇṇaṃ, the eyes filled with countless eyes. The sun, moon, and stars radiate light. The right hand brandishes the makara banner, Repelling harm from above. The left hand holds the bow and arrow of Rāhu, Threatening downwards, subduing harm from below. The right leg is extended, dwelling in the midst of flames. Accept this red torma, planetary harm
