哦！马头明王。 身之马头明王，语之马头明王，意之马头明王，功德之马头明王，事业之马头明王，右边夜叉火魔，左边黑药叉铁剑者，上面有世间的鹏鸟，前面有铁蝎子老鹰眷属等，祈请加持并灌顶这些金刚弟子。请守护，使星宿龙族八部众或厉鬼的损害无法侵入。愿平息所有由疫病、热病、毒病、癫痫、中风、昏厥、麻风、疮、跛足、瘫痪所造成的损害。从现在起，直至生生世世，请作为殊胜本尊摄受。如果是宝生部仪轨，则念诵其长咒。嗡 班杂 卓达 哈亚格里瓦 吽 啪（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧྱ་གྲི་ཝ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：ओཾ वज्रक्रोध हयग्रीव हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrakrodha hayagrīva hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚忿怒，马头明王，吽，啪！）黑夜叉 呢 扎 呼 舍 哲（藏文：ཡཀྵ་ནག་པོ་ནི་ཏྲི་ཧུར་ཤྲཱི་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）。作害者 作母 玛拉亚，击打生命，击打心脏，击打脉络，击打血液，击打肉，击打骨头，击打脑髓，击打意，则达 宗宗，则达 穆穆，则达 穷穷，则达 杜杜，则达 谬谬，则达 吞哲，亚亚 霍霍，断绝命脉，取出心脉，康康 朗朗，恰巴 击打击打，杜布 击打击打，图谬，贝热，玛拉亚 击打杀，让让 扎拉让，乌恰达亚 啪（藏文：ཨུཙཱ་ཏ་ཡ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）。这样，如果弟子是重要的守誓者，则观想五部灌顶本尊融入弟子。如果不是守誓者，或者之后违背誓言，则不融入。如此灌顶后，你们平凡的身体转变，成为黑马头明王的身相，观想灌顶五部本尊的坛城刹那间降临于虚空，以宝瓶灌顶。手持宝瓶，吽！显示大誓言之相，祈请大忿怒尊降临。祈请化身忿怒尊降临后，显示征兆和印记，赐予殊胜成就。宝瓶灌顶，殊胜大坛城，马头明王身语意功德事业之，无余圆满的四种灌顶，此时圆满赐予具缘之子，四身任运成就，四种事业殊胜，获得广大无间断的灌顶。根本咒和，念诵此咒语传承。

Hayagrīva of body, Hayagrīva of speech, Hayagrīva of mind, Hayagrīva of qualities, Hayagrīva of activities, Yaksha Fire Demon on the right, Black Yaksha with an iron sword on the left, Garuda bird of existence above, Iron Scorpion Eagle retinue in front, please bless and empower these Vajra disciples. Please protect them so that the harm of planets, nagas, eight classes of gods and demons, or evil spirits cannot penetrate. May all the harms caused by epidemics, heat diseases, poisonous diseases, epilepsy, stroke, fainting, leprosy, sores, lameness, and paralysis be pacified. From now on, until all lifetimes, please be the supreme deity and take care of us. If it is the Ratna lineage, then recite its long mantra. Oṃ Vajrakrodha Hayagrīva Hūṃ Phaṭ! Black Yaksha Ni Tri Hur Shri Jaḥ. Harmful one, harming mother, Māraya, strike the life, strike the heart, strike the veins, strike the blood, strike the flesh, strike the bones, strike the brain, strike the mind, Tsitta Zung Zung, Tsitta Muk Muk, Tsitta Chung Chung, Tsitta Tub Tub, Tsitta Myok Myok, Tsitta Thum Hril, Yā Yā Bho Bhyo, cut off the life vein, extract the heart vein, Kham Kham Lam Lam, Tsalpa strike strike, Dubur strike strike, Thu Myok, Bairil, Māraya strike kill, Raṃ Raṃ Jvala Raṃ, Ucāṭaya Phaṭ! Thus, if the disciple is an important vow holder, then visualize the five empowerment deities dissolving into the disciple. If not a vow holder, or if they break the vows later, then do not dissolve them. After empowering in this way, your ordinary body transforms, becoming the form of Black Hayagrīva, visualize the mandala of the five empowerment deities instantly descending into the sky, empowering with a vase. Hold the vase, Hūṃ! Showing the form of the great vow, please invite the great wrathful one to descend. After the emanation wrathful king descends, show signs and marks, and bestow supreme accomplishments. Vase empowerment, supreme great palace, Hayagriva of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, the four complete empowerments without remainder, at this time completely bestow upon the fortunate child, may the four bodies be spontaneously accomplished, the four activities be supreme, and may you obtain the vast and uninterrupted empowerment.
