It is very important to do a lot of thinking and doubting. Also in Kathog and Palbar monasteries, initially many pills and elixirs were collected, but later, because of the danger of loss, they had to be buried in a pit, which seems reasonable. The main Dharma protectors of this treasure trove are Jamyang Khyentse Chökyi Lodrö and Drukpa Gyalwang Chöje. In particular, the Dharma protector of this Great Compassion is Chökyi Drakpa, therefore, in that order, whatever blessings can be obtained are the best elixirs. In this way, whatever blessings can be obtained should be carefully ground. Six good medicines, beeswax, nectar pills of Sakya and Drikung Kagyu, perennial gentian. Scepter hand, secret water like father and son, unrotten vulture meat. If found, use the meat of a child of good lineage who did not die from a bad disease. Mix these and make a lot of powder. Then, either rice or wheat, whichever is mentioned in the scriptures, if rice can be found, cook it until it is very well done, then carefully grind the rice grains. Drain the water and mix it, it is said that this is how rice tsampa is made, but there is no actual practice. Nowadays rice is scarce in this region, so carefully select wheat. Spread it on a cloth and wipe it with the cloth, use the fine wheat flour from that to make tsampa dough. Cook the cooked wheat porridge thoroughly, and have many monks who keep their vows purely wash their hands. Cover the mouth with a cloth, put the powder of the blessed objects in a clean container, mix it thoroughly, and make it as big as a bowl. Wrap it with a clean cloth soaked in water and leave it. Then, roll it into pills the size of silkworms, and let them dry on a cloth in the shade for a while. Make the Bumthing pills very large, one hundred in total, or five in total. For those with ten in total, stamp many with the six-syllable mantra (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ, Romanization: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ, Literal meaning: Om Mani Padme Hum). Put them in paper bags or alms bowls, but don't fill them too much. Cover with a cloth. Many monks carefully roll the pills. If cinnabar powder is applied before it is completely dry, a pill with less oiliness will be obtained. The scriptures say to use the juice of red sandalwood and the juice of saffron, but according to custom, the juice of madder is usually used. After soaking the cinnabar, put it in after the pills are completely dry, and roll the pills again, the amount of cinnabar used will be large, and a shiny pill will be obtained. Then, put it in a container, so that there are no obstacles. The master recites Hayagriva

Just by reciting a few mantras, the consecration of the Yan Phu was completed. Then, regarding the vase, if observing in one place, the earthenware vase should not be smaller than the capacity to hold eighteen 'Nyempa'. If dividing into multiple parts, use a copper vase. If it is earthenware, paint it white. If there are many pills, make five vases of different sizes. Placing the vase inside a begging bowl is not appropriate. If there is only one vase, draw the emblems of the five families or hang a Thangka. If there are five, draw the emblems separately. Recite 'Sumbhani' for the vase and sprinkle white mustard seeds, burn Gugul incense. Then, pray to a pill bell, write down the request on paper, and fill the vases two-thirds full, leaving one empty. Place the vase heart mantra pills and herbs in the center, and also put in a hundred 'Do'. Use strips of cloth and khatas to insert the 'Tum Kusha' and peacock feathers into the vase from above the opening. Tie the neck of the vase with silk and make a knot. On top of that, tie the vajra and conch instruments to the 'Kusha' with a rope, securing them so they don't come loose. Some say to put seven pills in each vase, while others say not to exceed fifteen, which is incorrect. Ratna Lingpa initially practiced with about fifteen 'Tre' pills according to the historical records. In Buwo and other places, there is a custom of making pills filled with meat and feathers. Therefore, for the benefit of beings, the more the vase can hold, the better. The number of vases can be four or nine, or the same as the number of deities. Furthermore, mix each pea-sized portion of blessed 'Ru Tsi' and pure offerings with a handful of wheat flour or rice flour, which is the standard. Then, some people make Tsa-tsas no less than three times the age of the lama; some sprinkle as much water as possible; some offer abundant Tormas and Sang incense; whether new or old, offer golden drink. Like in great accomplishment practices, recite one round of scriptures in each of the four directions of the practice room. If you can't find them, recite any scripture spoken by the lama. Invite four monks for a meal and have them perform the remembrance of the Three Jewels, etc., according to the ritual. Give food to black people and beggars, gather children and give them food. Have artists draw Thangkas and Tsa-tsas, etc., and do as much of these as possible beforehand. These are the preparations to be done in advance. Make two pegs of sandalwood or Khyerphur wood, each four fingers long. Make a peg of iron, sandalwood, or Khyerphur wood, ten 'Rewa' high. Also, prepare one good peg. Prepare two or three pegs of whatever you can find. Donkey's
