I fulfill the heart vows of the seven Mamos. I fulfill the heart vows of the seven Yamarajas. Because you are the worker of the body, I fulfill the heart vows of the Black Bande. Because you are the worker of speech, I fulfill the heart vows of the Black Bonpo. Because you are the worker of mind, I fulfill the heart vows of the Black Zhangblon. Because you are the worker of the emanation of qualities, I fulfill the heart vows of the Black Monpa. Because you are the worker messenger, I fulfill the heart vows of the arrogant Yama. Since your heart vows have been fulfilled, please restore my broken vows. From beginningless time until now, I and the master, disciples, and retinue have been under the control of ignorance and delusion. Whatever breaches, violations, or faults there may be in the root and branch vows, I confess and regret them with remorse. Grant unobstructed and pure accomplishments. Grant the accomplishments of unchanging body and unceasing speech. Grant the accomplishments of unerring mind. Grant the qualities that fulfill wishes and the unobstructed accomplishments of activities. Grant the accomplishments of immortal life, radiant splendor, and inexhaustible wealth. Grant the wisdom of being learned and realized, and the accomplishments of the power of fierce mantras. Grant the auspicious and excellent accomplishments of the flourishing of the Dharma lineage and retinue. Kāya siddhi oṃ! Vāka siddhi āḥ! Citta siddhi hūṃ! Then, apply it to the work: a theb-tse or skull, whichever is available. Prepare a small red torma, a piece of meat, a zan-ling, and drops of blood. Namo! The Three Jewels and Three Roots, the Yidam Bhagavan Yamari, the Dharma Protector Char Ka Nagpo, By the power of truth, together with your retinue, with the complete ten fields of liberation, To the common enemies of the Buddha's teachings, and especially to us yogis, Those who harm and injure, the hosts of enemies, obstructors, dam-sri, and elementals, In an instant, draw them into this linga! Hūṃ! The time of Char Ka Nagpo has come! Your working messengers are Yama Patra, the color of darkness. Quickly draw in the harming enemies and obstructors! You know what to do. Sharpen the fangs that threaten life. In the mirror of action in your right hand, the three realms and three existences are clearly visible. Holding the black divination board in your left hand, now place the enemies and obstructors on the divination board! Ā yā ma pa tri hūṃ phaṭ! Harming enemies and obstructors, Aṃ ku śa jaḥ jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ! Hūṃ! The time of Char Ka Nagpo has come!
