Now, cut through the net of ignorance and delusion, Open the root of wisdom and knowledge, And protect us from untimely death and the fear of Yama, May you protect us from all obstacles. Hūṃ. Son of the great god Ishvara and the Naga woman, The mighty one who repels the executioners of Rudra, With eyes like rain clouds, three eyes gazing upwards, Limbs adorned with snakes, the tail of the snake coiled in the ocean, With open mouth and bared fangs, wearing a great black cloak, With both hands circling the summit of Mount Meru, With the upside-down sky and earth as the object of meditation, The three realms exist within your belly.
