Various colors. The mantra garland is like a coral rosary. The vajra of the sky-iron in the heart, with its mouth open, marked with a red Hūṃ, falls like immeasurable rain, and contemplate and recite that it dissolves into one's own body, speech, and mind. In the single self-generation, from the light of that which is rotating, a mantra garland arises and enters from one's own mouth into the mouth of the mother. Arouse the mind-stream of the mother. From the bhaga, it enters from one's own vajra and dissolves into the Hūṃ in the heart. In the stage of the front generation, from one's own mouth it enters into the mouth of the main deity of the front generation. Arouse the mind-stream. From the secret place, it enters one's own secret place and contemplate that it dissolves into the heart. First, contemplate the five-colored light, and then transform it into a mantra garland. Like a fire wheel, it rotates red. When these rotate between oneself and the front, contemplate that the sparks of fire radiate and burn all harmful things. Recite only the twenty-syllable A-tsik mantra as above. Recite it loudly. Then, in the forehead of one's own wrathful deity, in the forehead of Mañjuśrī, the white Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) rotates to the right, and from it white and yellow rays radiate in the ten directions, offering to the bodies of all Buddhas. All the unchanging siddhis of the body are gathered in the form of light and absorbed into Mañjuśrī, and contemplate that one has obtained the unchanging siddhi of the body. Recite the mantra: Oṃ hrīḥ vi-krīta-na-na hūṃ phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧྲིལླི་ཝི་ཀྲི་ཏཱ་ན་ན་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ hrīḥ vi-krīta-na-na hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om hrīḥ vi-krīta-na-na hūṃ phaṭ). In the throat, in the throat of Hayagrīva, the red Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Āḥ) is surrounded by mantras, and red rays radiate. Offer to the speech of all Buddhas. All the blessings of speech are gathered in the form of light. Absorbed into the throat, contemplate that one has obtained the unobstructed siddhi of speech, and recite the mantra of Hayagrīva: Oṃ padmāntakṛta mahākrodha haya grīva hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་པདྨནྟ་ཀྲྀཏ་མ་ཧཱ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧ་ཡ་གྲི་ཝ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ padmāntakṛta mahākrodha haya grīva hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om padmāntakṛta mahākrodha haya grīva hulu hulu hūṃ phaṭ). In the heart, above the heart of Vajrapāṇi is the wisdom being, and below is the dark blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) surrounded by mantras, and blue rays radiate. Offer to the minds of all Buddhas. All the blessings of mind are gathered and absorbed into the heart, and contemplate that one has obtained the unerring siddhi of mind, and recite: Oṃ vajra caṇḍa mahāroṣaṇa hūṃ phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཙཎྜ་མ་ཧཱ་རོ་ཥ་ཎ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ, Devanagari: , Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ vajra caṇḍa mahāroṣaṇa hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om vajra caṇḍa mahāroṣaṇa hūṃ phaṭ). From the five classes of ḍākinīs at the navel, rays of various colors.

Five lights emanate. Offerings are made to the qualities of all Buddhas. All the blessings and accomplishments of the qualities are gathered. Meditate on fulfilling each quality and obtaining accomplishments by absorbing them into the navel. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). From the lotus in the secret place, green-black rays of light emanate. Offerings are made to the activities of all Buddhas. Gather all the blessings of the activities and absorb them into the secret place. Meditate on accomplishing activities, taming beings, and obtaining accomplishments. Recite: བཛྲ་ཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), ཡཀྵ་ཧཱུཾ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), རཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). From the Garuda on the crown of the head, countless Garudas emanate, pervading the sky and space. They devour all harmful nagas and spirits. From between their wings, a rain of sand and diamond hailstones destroys everything into dust. All inauspicious curses are struck by the horns. The wind from the wings blows them to the other side of the ocean. With their claws, they dig out all curses and burn them with the fire of wisdom. Meditate on this and recite: (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Finally, all the Garudas are absorbed into the Garuda on the crown of the head. From one's own heart, rays of light emanate, striking the four chakras. From these four, countless forms identical to oneself emanate. Longevity Lord averts all harm from malevolent spirits and Yama, Lord of Death. Wrathful Mother averts all harm from female spirits and demons. Lion-faced Dakini averts all curses. Vajra Youth averts all harm from oath-breakers and destroys them. Meditate on this and recite: (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Connect these four and recite according to the text. Finally, the four emanations are absorbed into the basis of emanation. The ten wrathful ones utter the sound of HUNG, and contemplate averting all harm from the ten directions. Connect the ten HUNGs and recite them slightly. During breaks between sessions, contemplate that all the deities utter the sound of HUNG, making the sound "ti ri ri ri," causing the world to shake and move. From the navel, make the sound of HUNG, this is the summary of the HUNG practice. It is not necessary to hold onto emptiness when entering a session, because clinging to all objects in that way is the conceptual thought of the practitioner. When conceptual thought looks at its own face, emptiness naturally arises. The practice of emptiness should not be separated from the nectar. Just as a rainbow appears in the sky, meditating on the mandala of wrathful deities is the union of generation and completion stages. After the practice or protection is finished, absorb the front generation into the support. Dismissal and supplication are as usual.
