As a means of requesting, I pray, visualizing the empowerment substances in front of me as the luminous Guru Padmasambhava, thinking of requesting refuge and generating bodhicitta, please repeat after me: Om（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om）, Ah（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah）, Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum）. I take refuge in the sacred refuge places. May all parents wandering in the six realms of samsara, due to unbearable suffering, attain Buddhahood. May all generate the supreme bodhicitta. Three times or once. Now, for the sake of requesting empowerment, please repeat after me: Emaho! The lama who is the embodiment of all the precious ones, is the supreme master of all lineages. Held by the great hero, grant the maturation and liberation of empowerment, and the attainment of siddhis. Three times. Having prayed in this way, visualize that Guru Padmasambhava bestows the permission of the command as follows: If it is so, then you will be introduced into the mandala of Heruka and ripened. This unsurpassed and secret blessing, outside of this place, should not be spoken to those without vows. Therefore, renounce it from your heart! The essence of the disciple is the luminous form of Padmasambhava, white and clear, radiant, adorned with a beautiful smile, adorned with vajra skull cup, longevity vase, and jewels, lotus hat, fluttering vulture feathers, khatvanga entwined on the left, wearing a robe, dharma garment, brocade cloak, adorned with marks and signs, beautiful mandala of light, seated in the vajra posture of equal great bliss, the body of light possesses the essence of wisdom, with clear emptiness and compassion, equally radiating light to all, in the midst of dakinis, rainbows, clouds, and various formations, the emanations of the body pervade all realms, without any obstruction, possessing a body of space, the qualities of all Sugatas are complete in the body, all are completely clear mandalas of the victorious ones, there is not even the name of obstacles and hindrances, generate the clear appearance of emptiness and illusion. In the beginning of the ancient kalpa, in the northwest corner of the land of Oddiyana, on the lotus pistil stalk, he attained the supreme and wondrous accomplishment. He is known as Padmasambhava, surrounded by many dakinis. I will practice following you, please come to bless me. Please bestow blessings in this sacred place, grant me the four empowerments for supreme practice, dispel obstacles, evil spirits, and hindrances, and grant common and supreme accomplishments. The essence of all Buddhas of the three times, the supreme guide who leads all beings, Orgyen Padmasambhava, the vidyadhara of limitless life, please bless my body, speech, and mind, and grant me the accomplishment of immortal life. Three times or once. Then, please repeat this aspiration prayer: Four hundred and four types of diseases, twenty-one thousand types of calamities, three hundred and sixty types of evil spirits, eighty thousand types of obstacles, and all unfavorable conditions that obstruct life, may all be purified. Do it once or three times. Now, visualize this vase, the outer vase is a precious vase, and the inner is a four-sided palace with four doors, decorations, and steps. In the center, on a lotus and moon cushion, is Orgyen Padmasambhava, the vidyadhara of limitless life, fully adorned in sambhogakaya attire, holding a vase filled with the nectar of life in his left hand. On his forehead is a white wheel transformed from the letter O, marked with the syllable Oṃ. On his throat is a red lotus transformed from the letter Ā, marked with the syllable Ā. At his heart is a blue vajra transformed from the syllable Hūṃ, marked with the syllable Hūṃ. At his navel is a yellow jewel transformed from the syllable Hūṃ, marked with the syllable Sū. At his secret place is a multicolored vajra transformed from the syllable Hā, marked with the syllable Hā. From these, rays of various colors emanate, filling the sky, gathering all the life and merit of samsara and nirvana, especially white rays like iron hooks radiating towards the east.
