Dharmakāya Amitābha, Sambhogakāya Mahākāruṇika, Nirmāṇakāya Padmasambhava, Ḍākinī Yeshe Tsogyal, Nyangben Tingdzin Zangpo, Mantradhara Hūṃnak Mebar, Fortunate Lord of Dharma, Root adorned with jewels, Trunk Black Hat, Branches Eight Bodhisattvas, Flowers like five, Fruits like five, Thirty-eight Siddhas, and the eight who have attained the irreversible ground, all the holy root and lineage lamas, and especially the deities of the Padmasambhava Light, the combined essence of all the Buddhas, together with hundreds of thousands of heroes, ḍākinīs, and vidyādharas. Guru Padmasambhava and the assembly of Amitāyus deities, please grant these vajra disciples the empowerment of deathlessness and longevity. May their lives be indestructible like a vajra, may their lives be unchanging like a yungdrung, may their lives be undiminishing like a victory banner. Please bless them to attain the deathless vidyādhara of life. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra, etc., recite the three essences or one essence. Now, relying on the vase to prolong life: In the center of the vase resides Guru Padmasambhava Light, from whose body rays of various colors radiate, filling the sky, illuminating the infinite Buddhas of the ten directions, and all the Bodhisattvas, such as the three protectors of the family, and even in the world, the long-lived gods such as Brahma and Ishvara, who possess power, merit, and wealth, and the long-lived nāgas, such as the source of power and the increase of wealth, and the long-lived people, such as the golden wheel-turning monarchs who transform the world, and the life and merit of those who possess power, merit, and wealth, such as the son of Vaishravana, the life and merit of the contaminated world realm, the body, life, and merit of the uncontaminated four noble ones, and all the power, strength, and ability of the ḍākinīs, dharma protectors, and world protectors are gathered in the form of light and enter the vase, becoming the nectar of immortality. When the vase is placed on the crown of the head, nectar flows from the mouth of the vase, entering the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head, filling the body with the nectar of deathless life, like touching iron with the alchemy of gold transformation, attaining the indestructible vajra body.

Recite the essence mantra, place the vase on the head, and give the vase water. From the remaining water flowing upwards, may it become the crown ornament of Amitābha. Now, relying on the longevity pill to extend life: In the past, King Tsuglag Dzin and the daughter of Yangpachen, etc., by eating the Brahmin's meat pill, just as they obtained the rainbow body vajra body, this pill is immeasurable life, the body is small but the limbs are complete, emerge from the eastern gate, meditate that it always resides on the eight petals of the heart lotus. Now, relying on longevity wine to extend life: In the past, great accomplished ones like Shawaripa and Āryadeva, etc., just as they achieved immortal life by relying on longevity water, meditate that by drinking this nectar that arose from Ugyen Amitāyus dissolving into light, you will obtain the accomplishment of immortal life, and the youth of health and happiness, possessing the sixteen-year-old complexion without aging.
