All wandering, increasing, stolen, and plundered life is transformed into shimmering white light drops, oily and round, marked with a green Je syllable (Tibetan: རྗེ།), gathering immeasurable amounts. As it gently dissolves into the body from the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head, all diminished essence, life, and breath are restored. One obtains deathless life and a vajra-like life force, and meditates on blazing radiance. HRĪḤ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), the outside is a vase, the inside is filled with nectar, the secret meaning is the Lotus Amitayus. In the five places are the five hand symbols and syllables, immeasurable rays of light shine, filling the sky. HŪṂ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), from the hand of the eastern Gandharva, hook with an iron hook; from the hand of the southern Yama, hook with a rope; from the hand of the western Naga demon, hook with an iron chain; from the hand of the northern Yaksha, hook with a bell; from the hand of the upper Brahma Indra, hook; from the hand of the lower Nanda and Upananda, hook. Connect the severed life, increase the loss, connect the broken, and restore all that is diminished. The light shines white and shimmers, oily and round, gently dissolving into the body from the crown of the head. Obtain the empowerment of radiant, deathless life! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱ༔ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आः हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum) Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Āyuḥ Hūṃ Hūṃ Jaḥ (Tibetan: བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱ་ཡུཥ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཛ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रगुरुपद्मसिद्धि आयुः हुं हुं ज, Sanskrit Romanization: vajragurupadmasiddhi āyuḥ hūṃ hūṃ jaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra Guru Padmasambhava, accomplishment, longevity, Hum Hum Dza). Wave the arrow banner, and with visualization, change posture and wave. Oh, thus the summoning of increasing life is accomplished. Relying on the life torma generated in front, visualize in this way for the purpose of empowerment. This life torma, visualize as Padmasambhava blazing with light, around the HRĪḤ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) at the heart, the life mantra revolves clockwise, from which emanate immeasurable white, yellow, red, and green rays of light, filling the sky. Gather the essence of the earth, all like golden yellow; gather all the essence of water, all like crystal white; gather all the essence of fire, all like ruby red; gather all the essence of wind, all like sapphire green; gather all the essence of space, all like lapis lazuli blue. Enter the vase and skull cup in the hands, and become the nectar of deathless life. Placing the life torma on the crown of the head, a stream of nectar descends from the skull cup and vase, entering from the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head, passing through the central channel, the crown is the wheel of great bliss, the throat is the wheel of enjoyment, the heart is the wheel of dharma, the navel is the wheel of emanation, the secret place is the wheel of bliss protection, from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, filled with deathless life.

甘露盈满，所有疾病、邪魔和寿命的障碍，从下门、脚底和毛孔中，漆黑地向外排出。所有血肉、体温、呼吸和心识的寿命衰减都得以恢复。土的功德圆满，身体坚硬稳固如金刚石；水的功德圆满，身体润泽温暖如阳光融化的酥油；火的功德圆满，身体明亮光彩照人如无云的太阳；风的功德圆满，身体轻盈勇猛如鹏鸟之王；心的功德圆满，心中没有痛苦，如比丘安住于第四禅定。寿命和福德都如上弦月般增长，身体的力量、能力和功德都增长，生起获得不死金刚寿命的信心。 舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ） 瓶之本体，莲花生大士安住。无量光芒，充满虚空。地水火风精华，各自本色鲜明。血肉体温呼吸，衰损皆复原。再次如上弦月一般。愿得力量能力功德寿命之灌顶。 将长寿食子置于头顶。 法身无量光，报身大悲尊，化身莲花生。 空行母益西措嘉，娘本定增桑布，持明吽那美巴，具缘法主，根本宝饰，树干红黑帽，枝干八大菩萨，花朵五种，成就者三十八，不退转地获得者一百零八等等。根本和传承的圣洁上师们，特别是诸佛总集莲花生大士，及其眷属勇士空行持明百千俱胝，祈请所有这些，赐予这些金刚弟子们，无死寿命之灌顶。愿寿命坚不可摧如金刚！愿寿命不变如雍仲！愿寿命不灭如胜幢！祈请加持获得无死寿命持明！如是念诵咒语三遍。现在依靠宝瓶来延寿：宝瓶中央安住着莲花生大士，其身发出各种颜色的光芒，充满虚空。

Filled to the brim with nectar, may all diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles to life be expelled outwards in blackness from the lower orifices, the soles of the feet, and the pores of the skin. May all that has diminished of the life force of flesh and blood, warmth and breath, and mind be restored. May the qualities of earth be perfected, so that the body is hard and stable like a diamond. May the qualities of water be perfected, so that the body is oily and warm like butter warmed by the sun. May the qualities of fire be perfected, so that the body is clear and radiant like the sun free of clouds. May the qualities of wind be perfected, so that the body is light and powerful like the king of garudas in the sky. May the qualities of mind be perfected, so that there is no pain in the mind, like a monk absorbed in the fourth dhyana. May all life and merit increase like the waxing moon, and may all the strength, ability, and qualities of the body increase, so that you have the faith to obtain the deathless vajra life. Hrih. The essence of the vase is Padmakara blazing with light. Limitless rays of light radiate to fill the sky. The essences of earth, water, fire, and wind are clear in their own colors. Flesh, blood, warmth, and breath are restored from their decline. Again, just like the waxing moon. May you obtain the empowerment of strength, ability, qualities, and life. Place the torma of life on the head. Dharmakaya Amitabha, Sambhogakaya Avalokiteshvara, Nirmanakaya Padmasambhava. Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal, Nyangben Tingdzin Zangpo, Ngakchang Hungnak Mebar, the fortunate lord of Dharma, the root adorned with jewels, the trunk the red and black hat, the branches the eight bodhisattvas, the flowers the five like that, the thirty-eight siddhas, the hundred and eight who have attained the irreversible ground, and so forth. The root and lineage of the holy gurus, and especially all those with the assembly of all the precious ones, Padmakara, with his retinue of heroes, dakinis, and vidyadharas, a hundred thousand kotis. Grant to these vajra disciples the empowerment of deathless life. May life be indestructible like a vajra! May life be unchanging like the yungdrung! May life be undiminishing like a victory banner! Bless them to obtain the vidyadhara of deathless life! Thus, recite the mantra three times. Now, relying on the vase to prolong life: In the center of the vase resides Guru Padmakara, from whose body rays of light of various colors fill the sky.
