无量寿！ 救护所有非时死， 无怙无苦众生的怙主， 祈愿无量寿佛吉祥！ 如是念诵各种吉祥之语，并以抛撒鲜花来庄严结尾。 如此便获得了莲花生光明尊者长寿成就铁山灌顶的广大加持，心想将邬金无量寿佛作为本尊，请随之念诵。 主尊如何垂赐教言？ 所有这些我皆遵行。 从今以后为了忆念我， 我将自身供养于您。 恳请您纳我为弟子， 亦请您允许我分享您的部分成就。 为了报答您的恩德，献上酬谢曼扎。 土地涂以香水，遍布鲜花， 须弥山、四大部洲、日月庄严的此物， 观想为供养于佛土而献上， 愿一切众生皆能享用清净刹土！ 如是，长寿成就之时，是接受自入，还是为他人灌顶等，其观想如是。 此乃于木龙年首月红色初一之夜，于光明灯前，由Ra Ga A Sya所著。 祈请将此善根，普遍回向于虚空般的一切有情众生。 此福德等，由书写者和请求者噶玛维日亚萨嘎拉所作。 萨瓦芒嘎拉姆（藏文：སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，一切吉祥！）。 愿传承持有者获得不死长寿持明果位！ 康区上部果芒寺内钦昂冈寺内多桑昂密法法轮兴盛洲古籍修复室整理出版。 莲花生光明尊者之长寿灌顶铁山，如是授予之仪轨广述。

Immeasurable! May the one who protects from all untimely deaths, the refuge of the helpless and suffering, the Buddha Amitayus, be auspicious! Thus, recite various auspicious words and adorn the end by scattering flowers. In this way, one obtains the vast blessing of the longevity accomplishment Iron Mountain empowerment of Guru Padmasambhava, the Lord of Light. Thinking of holding Orgyen Amitayus as the yidam deity, please repeat after me. How did the main deity bestow the teachings? All of these I will do. From now on, to remember me, I offer myself to you. Please accept me as your disciple, and also allow me to share in your accomplishments. In order to repay your kindness, I offer a thanksgiving mandala. The ground is anointed with scented water and scattered with flowers. This Mount Meru, four continents, adorned with the sun and moon, visualizing it as an offering to the Buddha-field, may all beings enjoy the pure land! Thus, at the time of longevity accomplishment, is it to receive self-entry or to empower others, etc., the visualization is like that. This was written by Ra Ga A Sya on the night of the first red day of the first month of the Wood Dragon year, in front of the bright lamp.
