顶礼赞叹电光闪，光辉如百万日之光芒。 从自性处召请长寿之成就，如意满足希求之殊胜状态。 顶礼赞叹不朽金刚之身，如是供养赞叹虽无所缘。 然为遣除突发之垢染分别念，方便智慧无别如水入水之方式。 顶礼赞叹无二大乐之游舞，第二为念诵观想： 吽！自身观为莲花生光明身，于心间。 黄金五股金刚杵之中央有啥（ཧྲཱིཿ，hrīḥ，ഹ്ரீഃ，种子字）。 周围为金刚上师之咒鬘，从左排列向右旋转。 光明照耀莲花光净土等，十方刹土之诸佛三根本。 化为莲花生光明之形象，如雨般降临融入自身。 由此获得灌顶与加持一切成就，复又放光触及一切有情。 罪障清净皆成上师之身，众皆嗡嗡发出咒语之声。 嗡阿吽 班匝 咕噜 贝玛 悉地 吽（ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ，oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi hūṃ，嗡啊吽 班匝 咕噜 贝玛 悉地 吽）。 尽力念诵ཐོང་ཕྲེང་རྩལ་和金刚上师咒语，若欲修持长寿法作为其支分，则刹那间观想自身及前方虚空显现为持明长寿佛莲花生光明身。 吽！三世诸佛之本体，度脱一切有情之导师。 邬金莲花生持明长寿佛，祈请加持我之身语意。 赐予不朽长寿之成就，祈请祈请，祈请三次。 自身及前方虚空之本尊心间，白色莲花八瓣之花蕊上，水晶五股金刚杵之中央，日月合璧之嘎乌盒中央有白色啥（ཧྲཱིཿ，hrīḥ，ഹ്ரீഃ，种子字），白色吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，हुं，种子字）和阿（ཨཱཿ，āḥ，आः，种子字）字标帜。 其外围咒鬘具足五光，右旋，五处以五手印，五字标帜，放光收摄，外内情器一切皆明观为本尊咒语。 以其光辉，迎请诸佛菩萨三根本及护法空行一切之长寿加持，以及诸元素之精华，以及所有仙人持明长寿自在者之慈悲加持。 总而言之，祈愿一切有情众生，皆能行持善业，具足福德，增长权势，威力强大。

I prostrate and praise the flashing lightning, with the radiant light of a million suns. I summon the accomplishment of life from its inherent abode, fulfilling all desires in the supreme state of wish-fulfillment. I prostrate and praise the immortal vajra body, although offering and praise are without specific object. Yet, to dispel the sudden stains of conceptual thought, the method and wisdom are inseparable, like water poured into water. I prostrate and praise the great play of non-duality. Secondly, the practice of approach and focus: Hūṃ! In the heart of myself as Padmasambhava, blazing with light, In the center of a golden five-pronged vajra is Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ，hrīḥ，ഹ്ரீഃ，seed syllable). Around it, the mantra garland of Vajra Guru, arranged to the left and rotating to the right, From the light, the fields of Padma Od, and so forth, From the fields of the ten directions, all the precious Three Roots, In the form of Guru Padmasambhava, blazing with light, Descend like rain and dissolve into me, Thus, I obtain all empowerments, blessings, and accomplishments. Again, light radiates and strikes all sentient beings. All sins and obscurations are purified, and they become the body of the Guru, Everyone utters the sound of the mantra with a buzzing sound. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hūṃ (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ，oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi hūṃ，嗡啊吽 班匝 咕噜 贝玛 悉地 吽). Recite Thong Threng Tsal and the Vajra Guru mantra as much as possible. If you wish to practice the life accomplishment as a branch of it, then in an instant, visualize yourself and the space in front as the Vidyadhara Amitayus Padmasambhava, blazing with light. Hūṃ! The essence of all Buddhas of the three times, The supreme guide who liberates all beings without exception, Orgyen Padmasambhava, Vidyadhara Amitayus, Bless my body, speech, and mind, Grant the accomplishment of immortal life, I pray! Recite the prayer three times. In the heart of the deity in front of you, on the pistil of a white lotus with eight petals, in the center of a crystal five-pronged vajra, in the middle of a combined sun and moon amulet box, is a white Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ，hrīḥ，ഹ്ரீഃ，seed syllable), marked with a white Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，हुं，seed syllable) and Āḥ (ཨཱཿ，āḥ，आः，seed syllable). Around it, the mantra garland, endowed with the radiance of five lights, rotates clockwise, and the five places are marked with five hand gestures and five syllables, from which light radiates and gathers, clarifying all outer and inner vessels and contents as deity and mantra. With its splendor, invoke the blessings of life from all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Three Roots, Dharma protectors, and guardians, as well as all the essence of the elements, and the compassion and blessings of all sages, vidyadharas, and those who have power over life. In short, may all sentient beings, endowed with merit, perform virtuous deeds, increase their power, and be strong in their abilities.

With many attendants, great qualities, possessing power and fame, for those who are to be tamed and have virtuous actions, all life and merit transform into the form of fragrant letters and the various colors of light, dissolving into the deity of the vase in front of me. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Āyuṣe Hūṃ Hūṃ Jaḥ! Recite whatever longevity practice is accomplished. Finally, make the aspiration: May all four hundred and four types of diseases, twenty-one thousand kinds of misfortunes, three hundred and sixty kinds of demons, eighty thousand kinds of obstacles, and all unfavorable and discordant aspects of life be purified and cleansed! To attract life, wave the arrow banner, Hūṃ! The outside is a vase filled with nectar, the secret meaning is the lotus Amitayus, in the five places holding five mudras and five syllables, immeasurable light radiates to fill the sky, Hūṃ! From the hands of the Gandharvas in the east, hook with an iron hook; from the hands of Yama in the south, hook with a rope; from the hands of the Naga demons in the west, hook with an iron chain; from the hands of the Yakshas in the north, hook with a bell; from the hands of Brahma and Indra above, hook; from the hands of the joyful Lokapala below, hook; connect the severed life force and hook it upwards; join the broken, restore all that is diminished; the white light shines brightly, oily and cohesive, gently dissolving from the crown of the head into the body, may the light blaze and obtain the power of immortal life! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Āyuṣa Hūṃ Ni Ja! Here, as in a regular recitation, although there is no special arrangement of a longevity mandala in front, taking snow mountains, rocks, forests, sun, moon, planets, stars, lakes, etc., as the object of focus is the definitive meaning of the Vajra speech. Then, the fourth is the practice of the secret wrathful Guru: Transform yourself from the place of the lotus flame, the wrathful Guru is red-black with one face, wrathful and fierce, the two hands hold a vajra dagger, wearing the complete wrathful attire, the two feet stand in a throwing posture on a lotus sun enemy demon seat, in the center of the five-colored rainbow tent on the crown of the head, the lotus flame appears as the lineage lord. Inviting: Hūṃ! Although the Dharmakaya's peaceful state does not waver, the Rupakaya lotus flame in an instant, the majestic and wrathful roar resounds in the ten directions, emanation after emanation, showing immeasurable terrifying forms, the great supreme red-black one with a garland of fire, here today, as a companion to the yogi me.
