Fulfilling the oath of the tamer; The supreme mother of it, the body of Vajravarahi; The great and powerful female lineage, the non-conceptual space; Emptiness and wisdom, the common glory, the form of Dakini; Fulfilling the oath of the unchanging meaning-showing mother; The yogi life-holder, the guardian of the teachings; Emanated dance transformation, accomplishing unobstructed activities; Powerful messengers, swift and quick like lightning; Fulfilling the oath of the assembly of mothers and dakinis; The ten directions of the Buddha-fields, the endless ocean; The Lama, the Three Jewels, the Yidam, the assembly of noble ones; Heroes, dakinis, Dharma protectors, all of them; Oath-bound protectors, all who have become objects of worship; Pure and numerous offerings of gods and humans; Whatever is actually arranged and mentally transformed with ornaments; Outer, inner, and secret arrangements, the distinctions of offerings; Offering with devotion, please accept and fulfill the oath; Flowers, incense, bright lights, fragrant food; Umbrellas, victory banners, streamers, and fluttering headbands; Forms, sounds, smells, tastes, tangible objects, desirable qualities; Offering pure outer offerings, please fulfill the oath; Vessels and contents, arising from the body and possessions; The transformations of ornaments, dance postures, and so on; This inner offering, gathered from the five elements; Offering to increase the two accumulations, please fulfill the oath; Union and liberation, the five poisons, the three poisons, including flesh and bones; The five senses, medicine-alcohol, torma, skull-drum sound; White and red blazing drops, surrounded by the gana chakra; Please partake of the secret offering to generate samadhi; Whatever offerings there are in this world or beyond this world, whatever is worthy of offering; All the assemblies with particularly excellent arrangements; Completely offering to the deities, please fulfill the oath; Hūṃ Hūṃ! May your powerful samaya be fulfilled! After your powerful samaya is fulfilled, may all the broken vows and transgressions of us teachers, disciples, wealth, retinue, etc., be restored, may all our wishes be quickly fulfilled, and may we be granted supreme and common siddhis! Hūṃ Hrīḥ There is nothing to offer, so offer with the play of non-duality; there is nothing to fulfill, so fulfill in the state of no-birth; there is nothing to unite, so unite in the great union; there is nothing to liberate, so liberate in the great equanimity. The samaya of the great primordial union and liberation is fulfilled! Hūṃ! From the mandala where the great power of fire and wind churns, in the terrifying charnel ground, in the blazing palace, the supreme lord of power, Hayagriva, the deity of power, together with the father, mother, sons, and retinue, I offer the offering of flesh, blood, and bones born from desire, hatred, and ignorance. Please accept it in order to fulfill your powerful samaya! With the abundant desirable qualities, medicine, rakta, and torma offerings that are actually present and emanated by the mind, I fulfill the samaya of the hero Hayagriva. Please accept it in order to subdue harmful enemies and obstructers! I fulfill the samaya of the supreme mother Ekajati! Please accept it in order to subdue harmful enemies and obstructers! I fulfill the samaya of the supreme son, Red Jambhala! Please accept it in order to subdue harmful enemies and obstructers! Messengers, workers, emanations, and so forth, I fulfill the samaya of the eight classes of gods and demons who carry out the command! Please accept it in order to subdue harmful enemies and obstructers! I fulfill the samaya of the flesh-eating great-mouthed mother who has vowed to protect the inner and outer teachings! I fulfill the samaya of the black bear-faced and jackal-faced ones, the wolf-faced and fox-faced ones! I fulfill the samaya of the flesh-eating dakinis, naginis, tsenmo, and so forth, all the oath-bound protectors! Please accept it in order to subdue harmful enemies and obstructers! I fulfill the samaya of the Naga Tsen Barwa, the seven-eyed one, and the sixty others! I fulfill the samaya of the seven Raudza virtuous brothers! I fulfill the samaya of the thousand households of wealthy patrons! I fulfill the samaya of the seven wealth gods and yakshas! I fulfill the samaya of the million treasure-holding yakshas! With the essence of medicine, rakta, and nectar, the mixed arghya, the pure food of great rice, the ointment for smearing, the fragrance of great incense, the beautiful banners, fly-whisks, and supporting substances, the tiger and leopard.
