如今，当每一滴甘露聚集时，它们会悄无声息地渗入毛孔。生与死不再有别，生起获得金刚寿命的信心。即使注定获得，也终将获得。吽！若无法稳固心髓，金刚持的寿命亦是寿命。广布时，三界焕发光彩；收摄时，身体充满光泽；系缚时，是金刚幼驹之血脉；稳固时，如不变金刚一般。我们是持有金刚誓言者，努力成就身语意之殊胜寿命，愿证悟殊胜寿命金刚之义。在顶门、喉咙、心口三处涂抹酥油，或者放置金刚杵。加持长寿丸。上师将长寿幡和金刚杵置于头顶，摇动铃铛。吽！如是，亦赐予勾召寿命之灌顶。现在，请安立金刚寿命。将此金刚寿命安立于地上。若未能安立于地上，因为大地之精髓是黄金，故将此寿命安立于黄金之中。将此金刚寿命安立于水中。若未能安立于水中，因为水之精髓是盐，故将此寿命安立于盐之中。将此金刚寿命安立于火中。若未能安立于火中，因为火之精髓是热，故将此寿命安立于热之中。将此金刚寿命安立于风中。若未能安立于风中，因为风之精髓是气息，故将此寿命安立于气息之中。将此金刚寿命安立于空中。若未能安立于空中，因为天空之精髓是心，故将此寿命安立于心之中。将此金刚寿命安立于人身之中。若未能安立于人身之中，因为人之精髓是“尼”，故将此寿命安立于“尼”之中。安立能活百年的寿命，安立能见百秋的寿命。在长寿幡的仪轨中，口服甘露丸，使整个身体充满长寿的精华。清净之物融入心间的“德”中，观想不改变之相。然后将吉祥八宝作为背后的文字，获得各处所，接通各条道路并交付于手中。吽！金伞庇护一切处，大宝乃珍贵顶饰，头顶之吉祥光芒四射，愿庇护有缘之子。嗡 阿 育 嘉 纳 希 瑞 芒 嘎 拉 扎 斯 地 达 吽！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 吽！金鱼无垢无增减，智慧之眼无有尘，眼睛的吉祥光芒四射。

Even if destined to be obtained, it will eventually be obtained. Hūṃ! If the essence cannot be stabilized, the life of Vajradhara is also life. When expanded, the three realms radiate splendor; when contracted, the body is filled with radiance; when bound, it is the lineage of the Vajra foal; when stabilized, it is like an unchangeable Vajra. We are holders of the Vajra vow, striving to achieve the supreme life of body, speech, and mind. May we realize the meaning of the supreme life Vajra. Anoint ghee on the crown, throat, and heart in three places, or place the Vajra. Bless the longevity pills. The Lama places the longevity banner and Vajra on the crown, ringing the bell. Hūṃ! Thus, the empowerment of summoning life is also bestowed. Now, please establish the Vajra life. Establish this Vajra life on the earth. If it cannot be established on the earth, because the essence of the earth is gold, establish this life in the middle of gold. Establish this Vajra life in the water. If it cannot be established in the water, because the essence of water is salt, establish this life in the middle of salt. Establish this Vajra life in the fire. If it cannot be established in the fire, because the essence of fire is heat, establish this life in the middle of heat. Establish this Vajra life in the wind. If it cannot be established in the wind, because the essence of wind is breath, establish this life in the middle of breath. Establish this Vajra life in the sky. If it cannot be established in the sky, because the essence of the sky is mind, establish this life in the middle of mind. Establish this Vajra life in the human body. If it cannot be established in the human body, because the essence of the human is "Ni," establish this life in the middle of "Ni." Establish the life to live a hundred years, establish the life to see a hundred autumns. In the ritual of the longevity banner, swallowing nectar pills fills the entire body with the essence of longevity. The pure essence dissolves into the "De" in the heart, meditate on the unchanging aspect. Then, use the Eight Auspicious Symbols as the back writing, obtain each place, connect each path, and hand them over. Hūṃ! The golden umbrella protects all places, the great jewel is a precious crown, the auspicious light of the head radiates, may it protect the fortunate child. Oṃ Āyu Jñāna Śrī Maṅgala Prati Dhvaṃ!
