དམས་ངག་ལྟོས་གསུངས་ལུས་སེམས་བདེ། །དེ་ནས་བླ་མའི་རྗེས་སུ་ལོ་གཅིག་སོང་། །ཕྱག་འཚལ་གདམས་ངག་གནོངས་ཞེས་གསོལ་བཏབ་པས། །འོ་ན་མཎྜལ་གྱིས་གསུངས་ཆུ་མ་རྙེད། །རང་གིས་ཁྲག་ཕྱུང་ས་ལ་མཎྜལ་བྱས། །སོར་ཚིག་རྣ་བ་སྣ་བཅད་ཚོམ་བུ་བཀོད། །ཡན་ལག་ཉིང་ལག་རྣམས་ཀྱང་བཅད་ནས་བཀོད། །ཕྱག་གིས་བྱུགས་པས་སྔར་ལྟར་བདེ་བར་སོས། །གསང་ཆེན་བར་དོའི་གདམས་ངག་བཀའ་བསྩལ་ཏོ། །དེ་ནས་བླ་མའི་རྗེས་སུ་ལོ་གཅིག་སོང་། །མཎྜལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་གདམས་ངག་གསོལ་བཏབ་པས། །སྟོན་མོ་ས་ནས་བཟའ་བཏུང་སློང་ཤོག་གསུངས། །གང་རྙེད་ཕུལ་བས་ད་རུང་ཁྱེར་ཤོག་གསུངས། །དེ་ནས་མ་བྱིན་པ་ལ་འཕྲོག་ནས་ཁྱེར། །ཀུན་གྱིས་ནཱ་རོ་བཟུང་ནས་ཆུ་རུ་འཕངས། །ཆུ་ལས་ཐོན་ནས་ཏེ་ལོའི་དྲུང་དུ་སླེབས། །ད་རུང་སོང་ལ་ཕྲོགས་ཤོག་དེད་བྱུང་ན། །བུམ་པ་ལི་གྲི་མེ་ལོང་རལ་གྲི་རྣམས། །ཟུར་ལ་སྐྱུར་ཞིང་བྲོས་ལ་ཤོག་ཅིག་གསུངས། །དེ་ནས་ བཟའ་བཏུང་ཁྱེར་བས་ཀུན་གྱིས་དེད། །སླེབ་ལ་ཁད་དུ་བུམ་པའི་ཆུ་འཕོས་པས། །ཆུ་ཡི་འོབས་གྱུར་དེས་ཀྱང་མ་གཏན་དེད། །ཐག་པ་བསྒྱུར་བས་ཆུར་གྱུར་མ་གཏན་དེད། །མེ་ལོང་བསྒྱུར་བས་མཚོ་གྱུར་བསྐོར་ནས་དེད། །རལ་གྲི་གཡུགས་པས་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་བསྐྱིལ་པོར་གྱུར། །དེ་ནས་སོལ་བ་དཔུང་ནས་མེ་བརྒྱབས་པས། །འདུག་པར་མ་ཚུགས་ཕྱི་རུ་བུད་པ་ན། །ཤིན་ཏུ་བརྡུངས་ནས་རོ་བཞིན་བྱས་ཏེ་སོང་། །བླ་མ་མཆོད་ཕྱིར་ཤི་བ་དོན་དང་ལྡན། །བསམས་ཤིང་ཡོད་ཚེ་བླ་མ་ཏེ་ལོ་བྱོན། །དམ་ཆོས་བདུད་རྩི་གནང་བས་ལུས་སེམས་བདེ། །ཡང་ནི་ལོ་གཅིག་བླ་མའི་ཆག་ཕྱིར་འབྲངས། །མཎྜལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་གདམས་ངག་གནོངས་ཞུས་པས། །བྲང་ལ་རྡོག་སྟེ་ངོ་ལ་ཆགས་ལྷམ་བརྒྱབ། །ཇི་ལྟར་བཤད་ཀྱང་གོ་མེད་གསུངས་ནས་གཤེགས། །ཞག་མང་བརྒྱལ་སོང་དེ་ནས་དྲན་པ་རྙེད། །དད་པ་ཆེར་སྐྱེས་དེ་ཚེ་བླ་མ་བྱོན། །འཁོར་བ་གདོད་ནས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ། །ཏེ་ལོ་ང་ལ་ཅི་ཡང་བསྟན་དུ་མེད། །རང་གིས་རང་ཉིད་མཚོན་ཏེ་ཤེས་པར་གྱིས། །ཞེས་གསུངས་མོད་ལ་ནཱ་རོས་རྟོགས་པ་རྙེད། །སླར་ཡང་བླ་མའི་ཕྱི་བཞིན་ལོ་གཅིག་སོང་། །མཎྜལ་ ཕྱག་འཚལ་གདམས་པ་གནོང་ཞུས་པས། །འོ་ན་ཤེས་རབ་མ་ཞིག་ཚོལ་ཅིག་གསུངས། །མཚན་ལྡན་དྲི་མེད་མ་ཞེས་ཕྱག་རྒྱར་བཙལ། །ད་ནི་དེ་ཉིད་ང་ལ་ཕུལ་ཅིག་གསུངས། །ཕུལ་ནས་ཤེས་རབ་མ་དེས་ཕྱི་མིག་བལྟས། །ད་ནི་མོ་ཉིད་འདི་ལ་ཆགས་འདུག་པས། །ཁྱོད་ཀྱི་རྡོ་རྗེ་མེད་པར་བྱ་དགོས་གསུངས། །སྨྱུག་ཐུར་རྣོན་པོ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྦུགས་སུ་

观察低劣之语，身心安乐。 此后跟随上师一年。 顶礼祈求开示，恳请传授口诀。 说道：哦，没有用水做曼荼罗。 自己放出鲜血，在地上做曼荼罗。 截取指节、耳朵、鼻子，排列成堆。 肢体小节等也切割排列。 用手涂抹，如先前一样安乐复苏。 赐予甚深中阴口诀。 此后跟随上师一年。 献曼荼罗，顶礼，祈求口诀。 说道：去村子里乞讨食物。 凡是得到的都供养，又说：再去拿来。 此后从不给予者处抢夺拿来。 众人抓住那若，扔进水中。 从水中出来，到达帝洛巴处。 又说：再去抢夺，如果追赶来， 将瓶子、短剑、镜子、宝剑等， 丢在角落，逃跑过来。 此后拿着食物，众人追赶。 快要追上时，倾倒瓶中的水， 变成水坑，这样也没能阻止追赶。 抛掷绳索，变成水，也没能阻止追赶。 抛掷镜子，变成湖泊，绕着追赶。 挥舞宝剑，变成铁的围墙。 此后从肩膀上取下煤炭点火， 无法待下去，向外跑出时， 狠狠殴打，像尸体一样离去。 为了供养上师而死，具有意义。 这样想着的时候，上师帝洛巴来了。 赐予殊胜甘露，身心安乐。 再次为了上师的差事跟随一年。 献曼荼罗，顶礼，恳请传授口诀。 用脚踢胸，用鞋底抽打脸颊。 无论怎么说，都说听不见，然后离去。 昏厥多日，此后恢复记忆。 生起极大信心，此时上师来了。 轮回本来就是智慧任运成就。 帝洛巴对我没有什么可以指示的。 自己以自己来象征，从而了知。 这样说了，那若却获得了证悟。 再次跟随上师一年。 献曼荼罗， 顶礼，恳请传授口诀。 说道：哦，寻找一位智慧明妃。 寻找具有相好、无垢染的明妃作为手印。 现在就把她献给我。 献上后，智慧明妃回头看。 现在她已经迷恋上你了， 必须让你失去金刚。 用尖锐的竹签刺入金刚中。

Just as they were about to catch up, he poured the water from the vase, Turning it into a pool of water, but that didn't stop them from chasing. He threw the rope, turning it into water, but that didn't stop them from chasing. He threw the mirror, turning it into a lake, and they chased around it. He swung the sword, turning it into an iron enclosure. After that, he took coal from his shoulder and set it on fire, Unable to stay there, when he ran outside, He was beaten severely and left like a corpse. "Dying to serve the guru is meaningful." While thinking this, Guru Tilopa arrived. He bestowed the sacred nectar, and body and mind were at ease. Again, for the guru's sake, I followed for a year. I offered a mandala, prostrated, and begged for instructions. He kicked me in the chest and slapped my face with his shoe. No matter what I said, he said he couldn't hear and left. I fainted for many days, and then regained consciousness. Great faith arose, and at that time the guru arrived. "Samsara is primordially spontaneously accomplished wisdom. Tilopa has nothing to show me. Symbolize yourself with yourself, and thus know." Although he said this, Naropa attained realization. Again, I followed the guru for a year. I offered a mandala, Prostrated, and begged for instructions. He said, "Oh, find a wisdom consort." He said, "Find a wisdom consort with good signs and without defilement as a mudra." Now offer her to me." After offering her, the wisdom consort looked back. Now she is infatuated with you, You must lose your vajra." He inserted a sharp bamboo skewer into the vajra.
