从（此处）献上曼扎。然后登上奥坦陀跋婆日山，或名，登上学术顶峰十三层楼顶之后，上师说如果按照上师所说去做，顷刻便能解脱，如果有弟子，就从这里跳下去。那若巴跳下去后，腿骨刺入腹中，骨头散落，内脏外露，头破裂，脑浆迸裂，但却没有死。心中没有后悔，心满意足。上师来后问有什么不适，我即使从这里死去，也祈愿不要与您分离。即使身体坏了也要忍受，空行母说，看看自己相续之心的镜子。上师用手涂抹后，恢复如初。之后跟随了一年，献上曼扎后请求开示，（上师）将他放在四面被火包围的中央，堆积许多木柴，逐渐靠近，长时间焚烧。皮肤和肉都被烧焦，筋脉和血管也被烧断，血液和脓液的蒸汽也干涸了，只有四句话没有散落，性命没有断绝。心中没有改变，以信心喜悦心。那时，天神也无法忍受，说道：为何要做这种事？说明理由后，天神也赞叹了。即使身体被烧也要忍受，那若巴。观看共同之心的镜子，说完后，用手涂抹，比以前更好了。又跟随了一年，献上曼扎后请求开示，（上师说）在一个非常危险的泥潭中，从这里做身体的桥梁吧。做了桥梁后，（上师）在上面待了很久，用力将他扔进泥潭中离去。在泥潭中，身体沉没，虫群，许多虫子钻进身体，吸食所有的血液和脓液。过了很久，帝洛巴来了，即使身体被虫子啃食也要忍受，那若巴。持有如意宝般的誓言，说完后，用手涂抹，身体恢复如初。之后一年跟随上师，献上曼扎后请求开示，将许多削尖的竹签，涂上油脂，从前后左右全部贯穿。身体像烟雾一样混乱，身体也因流血而变红。上师

When Naropa jumped, his leg bones pierced his abdomen, his bones scattered, his internal organs were exposed, his head was broken, and his brains burst, but he did not die. There was no regret in his heart, and his mind was satisfied. When the master came and asked what was wrong, I prayed that even if I died here, I would not be separated from you. Even if the body is broken, you must endure it, the Dakini said, look at the mirror of your own mind. The master smeared it with his hand and recovered as before. After that, he followed for a year, and after offering the mandala, he asked for instructions. (The master) placed him in the center surrounded by fire on all sides, piled up a lot of firewood, gradually approached, and burned for a long time. The skin and flesh were charred, and the veins and blood vessels were also broken. The steam of blood and pus also dried up. Only four sentences were not scattered, and life was not cut off. There is no change in the heart, with faith and joy. At that time, the gods in the sky could not bear it, and said: Why do you do this kind of thing? After explaining the reason, the gods also praised it. Even if the body is burned, you must endure it, Naropa. Look at the mirror of the common mind, after saying that, he smeared it with his hand, and it became better than before. He followed for another year, and after offering the mandala, he asked for instructions. (The master said) In a very dangerous mud pit, make a bridge of your body from here. After making the bridge, (the master) stayed on it for a long time, and threw him into the mud pit with force and left. In the mud pit, the body sank, and swarms of insects, many insects crawled into the body, sucking all the blood and pus. After a long time, Tilopa came, even if the body is eaten by insects, you must endure it, Naropa. Hold the wish-fulfilling jewel-like vow, after saying that, he smeared it with his hand, and the body recovered as before. After that, he followed the master for a year, and after offering the mandala, he asked for instructions. He sharpened many bamboo skewers, smeared them with grease, and pierced them all from front, back, left, and right. The body was chaotic like smoke, and the body also turned red from bleeding. Master

以母亲的手亲自 竖立起来。 心想愿望达成，生起广大的欢喜。 那时，甚至有一位天女感到厌倦， 开始诽谤帝洛巴。 （上师）说：“修习拙火的关键口诀”， 用手一拂，比以前更好地复苏了。 之后，有一年的时间，像影子一样跟随着。 献上曼达，请求传授口诀， （上师）说：“那么，把国王的妃子带过来”。 国王的妃子被成千上万的眷属 围绕着，那若开始带走她， 那若被殴打，从哪里能变成死亡呢？ 昏厥了很久，恢复了记忆， 心想：遵从上师的教言，死了也好。 上师说：“观看大乐双运”， 用手一拂，瞬间恢复如初。 之后，有一年的时间，跟随在他身后。 顶礼，请求开示口诀时， （上师）说：“那么，把大臣的妻子带过来”。 抓住大臣的妻子并带走， 大臣和他的随从愤怒地抓住了那若。 打断了四肢，把他放进一个木桶里， 远远地抛出去， 撞到了岩石的表面。 四肢粉碎，所有的骨头都断裂了， 在他还没死的时候，上师来了。 （上师）说：“观看迁识的幻轮”，用手一碰， 恢复如初，又跟随了一年。 因为请求传授口诀和佛法， （上师说）在四岔路口，有一个去往新娘的 花鬘，带她过来。 那样做了，寻找时，被乞丐 狠狠地殴打，变得像尸体一样， 之后，他们说：“他死了”，然后离开了。 昏厥了很久，稍微恢复了记忆， 我放弃了王位，成为了大班智达， 找到了上师，稍微得到了一些口诀， 然而，因为没有见到真正的真相， 心想：被普通人殴打，真是可怜。 哭泣了很久，在上师来的地方， （上师）说：“观看真正的智慧”，用手一碰， 立刻变成了殊胜的身体。 之后，有一年跟随上师。 献上曼达，请求灌顶和口诀， （上师）说：“抓住一个行走和坐着的人”。 那若奔跑，但越来越快，无法抓住， 非常 疲惫，昏厥过去， 稍微恢复了记忆，但无法动弹。 上师来了，如果你躺在这里， 那么，六道众生的痛苦该怎么办？ 梦境

Having fainted for a long time, he regained his memory, Thinking, "It is better to die fulfilling the Guru's command." The Guru said, "Look at the Great Bliss Union," With a touch of his hand, he instantly revived as before. Thereafter, for a year, he followed behind him. Prostrating, when he requested the teaching of instructions, (The Guru) said, "Then, bring the minister's wife." Having seized the minister's wife and taken her away, The minister and his retinue angrily seized Naropa. They broke his four limbs and put him in a wooden tub, Throwing him far away, He struck the face of a cliff. The four limbs were shattered, all the bones were broken, While he was barely alive, the Guru came. (The Guru) said, "Look at the illusion wheel of transference (藏文：འཕོ་བ།, 梵文天城体：, 梵文罗马拟音：, 汉语字面意思：迁识)," touching him with his hand, He revived as before, and followed for another year. Because he requested the teaching of instructions and Dharma, (The Guru said) at the four-way intersection, there is a garland of flowers going to the bride, bring her. Having done that, when he searched, he was severely beaten by beggars, Becoming like a corpse, After that, they said, "He is dead," and left. Having fainted for a long time, he regained a little memory, I abandoned the kingdom and became a great scholar, Having found the Guru, I received some instructions, However, because I have not seen the true reality, I think, "To be beaten by ordinary people is miserable." Having cried for a long time, the Guru came to where he was, (The Guru) said, "Look at true wisdom," touching him with his hand, Immediately he transformed into a supreme body. Thereafter, he followed the Guru for a year. Having offered a mandala, he requested initiation and instructions, (The Guru) said, "Seize a person who is walking and sitting." Naropa ran, but he could not catch up as he got faster, Very Exhausted, he fainted unconscious, Having regained a little memory, but unable to move.
