Due to auspiciousness, in Lithang of Akha, there is a saying like "half and half" from a father to his son. Sakya Pandita considered himself to be of the Sakya lineage, and when he became arrogant, he saw the Dharma protector Putra laughing in mockery. He asked, "Then who is my father?" Putra covered his face with his left hand in shame, and drew the shape of the moon on the ground with his right hand, saying that he was the son of the minister Chandra (Moon). Thus, the great lineage is like this, even if born in a household and considered a son, in this degenerate age, there is doubt whether he is a son. Why can't women in the degenerate age keep their bodies? It is difficult to identify the father of a prostitute's son. However, with the words of the parents being consistent, and through the words of some who possess clairvoyance, I think that the father of this body is Anu. If I were to tell this story, when I was about six years old, Anu was slightly relaxing his retreat in a secluded place, and we three children were learning to read and write. In the evening, after letting the other children go back, he would give me tsampa and butter, and cherish me very much. Most people said that I was Anu's son. I am Joru's nurse, and my father is Dza. I wondered, what does it mean to say that I am Anu's son? One day, I asked Anu himself, "Everyone says that I am your son, is it true or not?" He laughed and said, "Go back and ask your mother." At that time, I was still a child who didn't know shame, so I asked my mother at home, "People say that I am Anu's son, what's going on?" My mother beat her chest and stomped her feet. I repeatedly asked, and she closed the door and ran away. I chased after her and repeatedly asked, and she said, "He is Anu's son, alas!" When I asked what Anu's mother said, after I said that, she took me into her arms, said, "You are my son," and kissed me. She always cared for me like a son. Later, she repeatedly said that I was her son, saying, "You have no power over the land and houses, but you have the right to these books. When you grow up, you will prefer these books to a small piece of land." Later, when my mother was unable to work and unable to pay taxes, she said to Ama and Mao, "Come to this secluded place." Anu Rinchen Gya said, "It is difficult for a mother and a monk to live together, so I will exempt the tax and offer the monastic land."

He repeatedly said to abandon it because mother and wealth are troublesome, but he didn't want land cultivation and changed his mind. Anu Dakha also left a will, saying, "Because you are definitely my son. Scatter my ashes on fertile white soil, and it will also benefit you." Also, when Anu and I, as teacher and student, from Drukpa Karma Tenphel, offered a chogpu and met him, when we prostrated at his feet, he placed our feet on our heads, laughed, and said, "Bless the father and son practitioners." He said that also because he was familiar with our family from before, and he also thought I was Joru's son, it seemed like he recognized me as such. When I went to meet Gyura Choepa, who was widely known to have clairvoyance, he repeatedly said, "Father and son practitioners." An old official named Kha Mang Gyuye, who was talkative and knew the inside story, said, "If you learn such qualities, Anu Peldzong's son will surely live long." Joru kicked stones with his shoes, and because he didn't know anything about kneading barley wine mash, he said, "How could his son be like this?" Tselung Drungpa Kunga Namgyal said directly to the two people from Nyinje Lingpa, "This is Anu's son, and a monk's position should be arranged for him in the monastery." When going to U-Tsang, in the monastery's refectory, a lama with a skull crown waved at me, and when I went to him, he said, "I am also the son of a tantrika, and you are also the son of a tantrika, let's be friends." That lama was named Lama Wagen, a Nyingma lama with clairvoyance. He always showed me great kindness. About a day after arriving at that time, there were no signs of a skull crown etc. on his body, and the protective wheels were also hidden and not visible. I thought he recognized me because of his clairvoyance. Later, when that Lama Chögo Wa held a market empowerment, he allowed me to approach and said, "He is a descendant of Gampopa, born into a good lineage, and this is a sign of accumulating merit in previous lives." He praised me in the market, saying, "You are of the Gampopa lineage, you are the owner," and also sent a volume of Drungchen Gampopa's teachings.

Furthermore, Anu said that when my body grows up, touch the protruding bone on the back of my neck, and show that he also has the same. His father, Anu Tsanpu, also has the same protruding bone. He said, "This protruding bone on the back of your neck is the sign that I am sure you are my son." Anu said that I am his son, and Rinchen Gyal is the son of Anu Karma. Seeing that he was convinced in his heart, Rinchen Gyal was unhappy and said hurtful words. At that time, Rinchen Gyal lost a tooth, and relics appeared in the tooth, which made Anu very happy. He said, "Even if you think I am not your son, I am still happy." He said hurtful words and offered the relics. In this way, because of the mother's words and Anu's words, and the common recognition of the five lamas, I am sure that this body is Anu's son. However, some male and female servants of Joru wanted to elevate Anu's lineage and secretly said some unhappy words. But just like the example of "an upright sapling," why elevate my lineage? In the past, Shakyamuni Buddha said to Ananda, who was born from a low-caste executioner, "Prostrate to King Light." At that time, everyone said that this was not appropriate. At that time, Shakyamuni Buddha said, "In my teachings, caste and lineage are not the most important, but obtaining the fruit is the most important." After that, the king prostrated to him, and the earth shook in six ways. Similarly, if one practices Dharma properly, even if the caste is a beggar or a butcher, it is acceptable. If one does not practice Dharma properly and engages in wrong conduct, even if the caste is noble, one cannot be counted as a practitioner. Among all the Indian and Tibetan pandits and siddhas, some have noble castes, being royal or Brahmin castes; some have low castes, being commoners or Chandalas. Some of the wise and accomplished ones who appeared and lived later did not obtain rebirths, monasteries, etc., and even if the caste was an ordinary slave's son, they became wise and accomplished ones because they practiced Dharma properly. In order to become the crown ornament of beings and the illuminator of the teachings, there are many such people, so if I can practice Dharma, even if the caste is low, there is no need to elevate the caste. Then, what is the need for such recognition and purification of caste? Because in the future I will also be called a lama and will occupy a certain position.
