Therefore, in the path of seeing, only the after-effects of the three truths are obtained, not the after-effects of the path. Because the after-effects of the path are the path of meditation, it is reasonable to say so. Because that is also within the scope of the path of meditation, there is no proof that it is only within the scope of the path of seeing. So, does the conventional wisdom arising from the limit of direct perception sometimes manifest? Answer: Because that conventional wisdom is of the nature of non-arising, it never manifests. Therefore, they assert that the dharmas of non-arising are obtained there and then. If they are dharmas of non-arising, how can they be obtained? Even if they are obtained, how can they not arise? Because it is contradictory to obtain something that does not exist. Therefore, in the path of seeing, through meditative equipoise, the conventional wisdom that focuses on the four truths, obtained from the after-effects, is said to be the attainment of conventional wisdom because it is able to arise, as explained by previous teachers (as asserted by the Mind-Only school). Therefore, in the Compendium of Topics as well, it is said: In the path of seeing, the conventional wisdom that arises from the limit of direct realization, which establishes the truths, is obtained, but it does not manifest. These manifest in the path of meditation. The Vaibhashikas say that since it is obtained by the path of seeing, it is not appropriate to manifest it on the path of meditation. But according to us, there is no opportunity for them to arise on the path of seeing, so they are dharmas of non-arising. That's what they say. Also, whichever ground is the ground of the path of seeing, one obtains the conventional wisdom of that ground itself and the conventional wisdom of the lower ground. If one relies on the path of immediate consequence, one obtains the conventional wisdom included in the desire realm and the path of immediate consequence, from the two, up to relying on the fourth dhyana, one obtains the conventional wisdom included in the desire realm and the six dhyana grounds, that is, the seven grounds. So, is that one of the four mindfulnesses? Answer: The conventional wisdom arising from the limit of the direct realization of cessation is the last of the four mindfulnesses, the mindfulness of dharma. Because it focuses on the truth of cessation, and it is definitely dharma alone. Some of those arising from the limit of the direct realization of suffering and origin are

Because there are places and so on, mindfulness is established as such. The conventional wisdom arising from the edge of realization is the aspect of each of the truths obtained by realizing any of the truths from suffering to cessation, and the object of focus is also the truth itself. For example, the aspect arising from the edge of realizing the truth of suffering is impermanence, and the object of focus is suffering itself, and so on. Moreover, this is not innate, but arises from the effort of practice, because it is obtained through the power of the path of seeing. Moreover, if it has retinue, then the two conventional wisdoms that operate in the desire realm and the form realm are the fourth and fifth aggregates, respectively, because they do not and do follow the form of meditative absorption. It is said how many wisdoms are obtained on the path of cultivation: when the sixteenth moment of a person with attachment in the desire realm abides in the subsequent wisdom of the path, they obtain six, namely the four truths, the wisdom of dharma, and subsequent wisdom. Moreover, this is the wisdom that is liberated from what is to be abandoned by seeing, but not liberated from what is to be abandoned by cultivation, because it is merely abiding in the result. Moreover, the subsequent wisdom of the path is the nature of both the wisdom of the path and subsequent wisdom, therefore the wisdom of the path and subsequent wisdom both arise in the present, while the other four wisdoms are only obtained in the future. The ground is with attachment, therefore it is included by the uninterrupted, and because it is produced by the completion of seeing, it is obtained from the increase of the co-emergent cause. The four, namely other-minds' wisdom, conventional wisdom, wisdom of exhaustion, and wisdom of non-arising, are not obtained, because they are with attachment from the desire realm, and because "prior attainment is not obtained," is it because they have already been attained? Or because there is no edge of realization, and because they are learners. From being free from attachment in the desire realm up to being free from attachment in the realm of nothingness, when any corresponding individual abides in the subsequent wisdom of the path in the sixteenth moment, they obtain the previous six and other-minds' wisdom, making seven in total. Regarding this, it should also be known that the ground is obtained by being included by its own ground and the lower ground of the place it relies on. As before, two are obtained in the present, and five are obtained in the future. Because they have already been attained and are learners, others.
