saying it is not the Sangha. If the truth of the path is realized, then how will faith with trust arise in the Buddha and his Shravaka Sangha? Because that is the Dharma. If asked, the Dharma that makes the Buddha Sangha, the non-learner and both will appear, therefore the Dharma that makes the Buddha is the non-learner, the Dharma that makes the Sangha is the path of the learner and non-learner, those are the truth of the path of the Buddha and his Shravaka Sangha, therefore the path of those two is not called Dharma, if those are manifestly known, faith will arise after knowing the Buddha and the Sangha, the king's son says so.) Therefore, the path of the self-Buddha and the Bodhisattva is the Dharma, because it is the truth, so all four are the Dharma, therefore if the four truths are manifestly realized, then faith will arise after knowing the Dharma. The four that are said to arise with faith after knowing are also the object or basis of faith, the difference of the Three Jewels, from the perspective of name it is four, from the perspective of substance it is two, faith in the Three Jewels (three faiths) is the nature of faith, the precepts that the noble ones rejoice in are the nature of precepts. This is also because of the power of the mind being pure, the precepts are also pure, so the name of the cause is established on the effect, and the name of arising with faith after knowing is established. Both faith and precepts are also without defilement, that is, without leakage, because they are the antidote to leakage. If faith is established by knowing in relation to the basis, then faith by knowing the Dharma needs to be said first, because when the first three truths are seen, faith by knowing will arise for the Dharma. If asked, the order of these is arranged according to how it appears after rising from Samadhi, how does it appear? Alas, the Bhagavan is the truly perfect Buddha. His Dharma and Vinaya are well spoken. His Shravaka Sangha has entered well, thus appearing, according to the order, because he is the doctor of the Dharma, heals the diseases of afflictions, obtains the disease-free Nirvana, and helps to obtain the disease-free Nirvana, he is the doctor and the medicine and the disease.

Because it is like relying on something, and because with the power of faith, discipline also becomes a pure practice, therefore it is said to be four-sided. Or, the Three Jewels are like doctors and so on as previously shown, and discipline is like being without illness? Or, these four are like guides, paths, companions on the path, and vehicles in order, so the mind is very devout. Fifth, then why does the Sutra say: A learner possesses eight limbs from the learner's right view to right concentration. A non-learner possesses eight limbs from the non-learner's right view to right concentration, as well as the non-learner's right liberation and the non-learner's right knowledge, totaling ten limbs. Why are right liberation and right knowledge not mentioned for the learner? Because one is permanently liberated from the bonds of affliction, and one knows liberation oneself, therefore they are established as two. Learners are still bound by affliction, therefore right liberation and right knowledge are not mentioned as limbs of the learner. Liberation from one aspect of bondage does not become a limb of right liberation. Liberation is also divided into two types, conditioned and unconditioned, of which the separate analytical cessation of destroying afflictions is unconditioned liberation. For liberation, it is determined there that the non-learner's aspiration is conditioned liberation. Whatever right liberation is spoken of as a limb of the non-learner is that conditioned liberation aspiration, because all ten limbs are conditioned. The unconditioned is not a limb because the faculties are not equal and it is neither a learner nor a non-learner. That conditioned limb of liberation is what the Sutra says are the two: the mind liberated from desire and wisdom liberated from ignorance. The Vaibhashikas believe that conditioned liberation itself is also the liberation aggregate among the five aggregates such as the aggregate of discipline. The teacher believes that mere aspiration is not liberation, but rather mind liberation and wisdom
