There are also various kinds of birds that emit melodious sounds. Furthermore, on the rooftops, buildings, palaces, pavilions, observation decks, and bridges, the hosts of celestial maidens adorn with beauty and delightful sense pleasures, where the gods play and rejoice, experiencing the fruits of their respective karmas, as it is stated in the Treatise on Establishments. In the center of that city is the palace of Indra (Sanskrit: Śakra, Romanized Sanskrit: Śakra, Tibetan: བརྒྱ་བྱིན་, literal meaning: Hundred Givers), the king of the gods, called "Victorious."
