I am called Extremely Joyful, Well-Skilled Ornament, and Extremely Pleased, together with my retinue. It is said that the other three ground bases also have twenty-one thousand one thousand yojanas, and the other cities also have eight thousand eight thousand yojanas. From the 'Treatise on Establishments' it says: The city of the guardian deities, streets and victory banners, the path of virtuous Dharma, as well as pits, pleasure gardens, ground bases, and the aggregate of stones and elephants, etc., the Asuras also possess these in the same way. As described in the Thirty-Three Heavens, from the guardians to the horses, which will be discussed below, the fourth Asura also has guardians, as well as the golden city where Well-Skilled Ornament resides, streets and pits, bridges, filled with palaces and mansions, the wish-fulfilling tree Citapali, the excellent treasure in front, excellent stone slabs, and the garden called Universally Joyful, the Extremely Joyful garden, the Joyful garden, the Universally Extremely Joyful garden, these four, as well as the ground base called Universally Delightful Mother, the Extremely Delightful Mother, the Delightful Mother, the Universally Extremely Delightful Mother, as well as the unbearable elephant used on the battlefield, and the elephant named Accumulation of Snow Mountains used in the pleasure garden, and the horse king named Rock Cave, it is said that all of these rival Indra. When explaining the abodes of the gods, the explanation of residing in palaces is that the sun, moon, and stars, etc., are the same as the halfway point of Mount Meru, the summit of the Yoke-Bearing Mountain, above forty thousand yojanas, they move above the revolving wind. (The basis below the moon is mainly water element crystal, whose qualities are coolness, beneficial to the eyes, ripening crops, and illuminating.) Their dimensions are that the diameter of the center of the moon is fifty yojanas, and the diameter of the sun (whose base is made of fire crystal, two of which are opposite to the moon and two are the same as the moon, dimensions) is fifty-one yojanas, so the circumference of the moon is one hundred and fifty yojanas, and the circumference of the sun is one hundred and fifty-three yojanas. The thickness of both is six and a half yojanas, and one-eighteenth (of one yojana). Below them on the outside, the sun's treasure is made of fire crystal, and the moon's treasure is made of water crystal, and above both there is a golden fence surrounding them, as well as silver and lapis lazuli.

It has four walls made of glass and gold, with battlements and four connecting bridges, as well as palaces, gardens (where rooftops, pavilions, four kinds of nectar, honey, honey rain, and music are obtained just by thinking), and numerous riches such as wish-fulfilling trees, and is the abode of the celestial beings, the sun and moon, along with their retinues. Regarding the stars, the commentary says that the smallest star is one yojana. Master Gangpel said that the size of the largest of all the star palaces is sixteen yojanas. In the Treatise on Establishments, it is said that the largest is eighteen yojanas, the smallest is three yojanas, and most are ten or twelve yojanas. Those larger than the earth are eighteen yojanas, medium ones are ten yojanas, and small ones are four yojanas. These are the central dimensions, with a circumference three times that size. The number of stars in one of the four continents is (as shown in the divination of the sage Garga): there are two hundred million, eighty billion, and five million stars. These stars are made of glass, and all have golden fences around them, surrounded by precious walls, battlements, and four connecting bridges, and are the abodes of the gods who dwell on the stars. The sun circles the four continents in one day and night. That is, it is midnight in Uttarakuru, sunset in Purvavideha, noon in Jambudvipa, and sunrise in Aparagodaniya, all at the same time. Similarly, it can be applied to other situations as well. As it says in the Commentary on the Earth: "When the day and night are equal, it is counted that way, otherwise, one should look at the divisions of time." Therefore, this is considered according to the equality of day and night, and there is no such certainty at times when day and night are not equal. The time when the sun reverses is when worldly people count spring, summer, autumn and winter as three months each. In the Vinaya, there are five: winter, spring, summer, short summer and long summer, starting from the winter month, in order, four months, four months, one month, one day, and three months less one day.
