How large is the extent of the Ga's abode? The four, such as the Free from Strife, are equal in size to the Thirty-three. Some say that each higher level is twice as large as the one below. The extent of the four dhyanas is equal to the four continents, the small chiliocosm, the intermediate dichiliocosm, and the great trichiliocosm, respectively. Some say that the first three dhyanas are equal to the small chiliocosm and so on, while the fourth (because the lower base is not connected) is immeasurable. The trichiliocosm is said to consist of one thousand worlds, including the four continents, the sun, the moon, the central Mount Sumeru, the golden mountains, the oceans, the space between the surrounding iron mountains, the six desire realms, and the Brahma realm, which is called the small chiliocosm. One thousand small chiliocosms are called the intermediate dichiliocosm, which contains one million worlds from the four continents to the Brahma realm. One thousand intermediate dichiliocosms are called the great trichiliocosm, which contains one hundred million worlds from the four continents to the Brahma realm. The three, the small chiliocosm and so on, are also surrounded by their respective surrounding iron mountains. (Why is it called the trichiliocosm?) Such a trichiliocosm is ultimately destroyed together and initially arises together, that is, formed together. Therefore, the second dhyana and above are not included in the trichiliocosm, because it is only said there that it is below the Brahma realm. Therefore, the teacher Gungpel also said, "One thousand Brahma realms," so the second dhyana and so on are not included in the small chiliocosm. In the Sutra of Extensive Play, it is said, "One hundred million worlds from one hundred million four continents to Akanishta are called one great trichiliocosm, which is vast and extensive," thus stating that Akanishta and below are the trichiliocosm. Regarding the measure of the body, the measure of the bodies of the three lower realms is not specified here because it is uncertain. (Also, in the Root Text on Matters: The measure of the great hell beings is uncertain, because whoever has committed extremely intense sinful and unwholesome actions

The body of accumulated karma will become very large, while others will become different. Just like the beings in the great suffering hells, the cold hell beings, the near-border hell beings, the nearby hell beings, as well as animals and hungry ghosts, are all the same. It means that according to the size of the non-virtuous deeds, the body will also become different sizes.) Among humans, the bodies of the people of Jambudvipa are four cubits for the large ones and three and a half cubits for the small ones. The cubit here refers to the size accumulated from the extremely small dust particles, etc., which will be discussed below, and not their own cubits. (The "Essence of the Earth" says: The size of the bodies of the people of Jambudvipa is uncertain. Sometimes they become very large, and sometimes they become very small, which is three and a half cubits of their own.) The so-called East Videha, West Godaniya, and North Kuru are, in order, twice the previous one, which are eight cubits, sixteen cubits, and thirty-two cubits. These are also calculated according to the cubit of Jambudvipa (The "Essence of the Earth" says: The size of the bodies of the people of East Videha is certain, which is three and a half cubits of their own, and their bodies are very large. Just like East Videha, the people of West Godaniya and North Kuru also have very large bodies.), meaning that their own cubits are only four cubits (or three and a half). The people of the small continents are said to be only half the size of the people of the main continent. Acharya Gunavarman also said that all eight intermediate continents are created by bad karma, so the people living there have small bodies. The size of the bodies of the six desire realm gods ranges from one-quarter of a yojana for the Four Great Kings to half a yojana for the Thirty-three Gods, three-quarters for the Yama Gods, one yojana for the Tushita Gods, one and a quarter for the Nirmanarati Gods, and one and a half to two yojanas for the Paranirmitavasavartin Gods.
