Therefore, the commentators also say that the subsequent of the non-learner will not be the learner, because when completely degenerated, afflictions will arise universally, because there is an interval in between. However, the fault of the three minds and seven minds obscured by the three realms must be avoided. (If so, its subsequent will produce eight minds, the three virtuous minds are the non-learner himself. If degenerated from that, there will be three afflictions of the three realms. The learner and eight will arise. If so, the afflicted and the learner will not arise immediately, because one will not degenerate without rising from the non-learner, and when rising, one must rise from the virtuous mind, therefore there is a virtuous mind interval between the affliction and the learner.) These are the explanations of the immediately preceding condition of the twelve minds. (The first of the three explanations of the twenty minds is:) Also, these twelve minds are also explained as twenty. How is it done? Because in the three realms, virtue is divided into two types (two types) (fifteen types) to explain. What are the two types? Born from birth, (Born from birth is obtained in the lower two realms without relying on practice, at the time of the intermediate state and rebirth. It is obtained at the time of rebirth in the formless realm. Practice-born is obtained through the habit of practice, such as hearing, thinking, and meditating.) and arising from practice. If so, are there only fifteen types? No, because in the desire realm, the mind that is not predicted as virtuous and afflicted, the uncovered and unspecified mind, is divided into four types (there are eighteen types). What are the four types? Born from maturation, (walking, sleeping, etc.) deportment, skillful means, (for manifestation.) manifestation mind. If so, are there still eighteen types? Because in the form realm, there are three types other than the skillful mind. There is no skillful mind there, (because immeasurable palaces and clothes and decorations, etc., arise from karma and manifestation, and none of them are made by craftsmen.) because there is no skillful activity. In the formless realm, there is no deportment and manifestation mind, therefore there is only the maturation-born. Therefore, the mind will become twenty types. Whose after are these?

Whatever obstacles arise in between are also explained in the commentary, but here I have not written them for fear of too many letters. Thus, in the three realms, there are two types of virtue, and in the lower two realms there are divisions of four and three for the unobscured and unspecified, but in the case of the twelve, both virtues are counted as one, and all four unobscured and unspecified are counted as one. (The four kinds of unspecified ripening are aimed at all objects and are present in the six consciousnesses. The latter three are aimed at the four forms of taste, smell, touch, etc., and the five sounds of craftsmanship, etc., as appropriate. Because it is necessary to manifest through thought, it only arises in the mind consciousness. The combination of the behavioral and the craftsmanship is the five sense consciousnesses, because they arise from seeing, hearing, etc. The ripening birth arises by itself through the power of karma, so there is no combination. The combination of the emanation mind is the actual mind of meditation. Therefore, there are eight minds in the desire realm, six in the form realm, four in the formless realm, and two without outflows, totaling twenty. Alternatively, there are eight virtues, four afflictions, and eight obscurations, totaling twenty.)

Because (it is said in the scriptures that by knowing and observing all objects of reliance, there are also those that are not indicated). Moreover, the son of the teacher king also indicated by it that there are others. If it were not so, then in the second, etc., the body, eyes, and ears, the consciousness and wisdom arise. Whatever belongs to the first, that which is unindicated, the afflictions, and saying "even the lower ones," etc., are also not included in the four mentioned earlier. Moreover, in the commentary of the monk Infinite Armor, it is also said that apart from those four, there are other unindicated consciousnesses. Therefore, it should be understood that this explanation includes the remainder. In the commentary of the third place, it is said that the mind of the practitioner who enters the Arhat's state of no remainder is also similar to the practitioner, and the unindicated is not limited to those four. Explaining the attainment of the twelve minds, that is, the afflictions of the three realms such as the desire realm, in the desire realm there are two types, unwholesome and obscured, and in the two upper realms there are two types of obscured, a total of four. Among them, if the two afflicted minds of the desire realm manifest, then six are attained; if the obscured of the form realm also manifests, then six are attained; if the obscured of the formless realm manifests, then two are attained. Regarding this, the commentary here says: Birth and attainment, detachment from desire and complete decay, at the time of connecting with virtuous continuity, it is attained from not possessing that mind. Among them, birth refers to the time of returning from the upper realm to the lower realm; attainment refers to the time of attaining the first dhyana and the sphere of infinite space, successively attaining the virtuous dharmas of the two upper realms, that is, the time of attainment; detachment from desire refers to the time of detachment from desire from the ground and the ground; complete decay refers to the time when the afflictions of the three realms manifest and one falls from the state of Arhat; connecting with virtuous continuity refers to the time when the root of virtue is severed and one connects with continuity through doubt or correct view, that is, explaining the five situations. Thus, when returning to the desire realm, the afflicted of the desire realm, whether it is an evil mind or an obscured mind,
