It is to be written that the upward water boundary of Yoke-Holder Mountain is forty thousand yojanas. Similarly, the second is half of that, twenty thousand yojanas. The third is ten thousand yojanas. The fourth is five thousand yojanas. The fifth is two thousand five hundred yojanas. The sixth is one thousand one hundred and fifty yojanas. The seventh is six hundred and twenty-five yojanas. These eight mountains, having characteristics, are as high as they are wide above the water boundary, and are equal in measurement to the fields here, because the width and height are equal. Thus, it is clear that the word 'height' can be expressed by both 'width' and 'field,' because the inner mountains are thicker than the outer ones. The remaining seven mountains, having characteristics, the lengths of your four sides exist, because the outer mountains are larger than the inner ones, and the length of the outer mountains exceeds the sum of twice their preceding sea and their own width. Yoke-Holder Mountain, having characteristics, the measurement of each of your faces and circumference exists, from corner to corner of one outer face is three hundred and twenty thousand yojanas, and the circumference is four times that, one million two hundred and eighty thousand yojanas. The preceding corner is established, because the sum of Mount Meru and the seas to its left and right, and its own width, is that measurement. Similarly, Plow-Holder Mountain, having characteristics, the measurement of each face and circumference exists, each face being four hundred and forty thousand yojanas, and the circumference being one million seven hundred and sixty thousand yojanas. Good-to-See Mountain, having characteristics, the measurement of each face and circumference exists, each face being five hundred thousand yojanas, and the circumference being two million yojanas. Beautiful-to-See Mountain, having characteristics, the measurement of each face and circumference exists, each face being five hundred and thirty thousand yojanas, and the circumference being two million one hundred and twenty thousand yojanas. Horse-Ear Mountain, having characteristics, the measurement of each face and circumference exists, each face being five hundred and forty-five thousand yojanas, and the circumference being two million one hundred and eighty thousand yojanas. Elephant-Nose Mountain, having characteristics, the measurement of each face and circumference exists, each face being five hundred and fifty-two thousand five hundred yojanas, and the circumference being two million two hundred and ten thousand yojanas. Circumference-Holder Mountain, having characteristics, the measurement of each face and circumference exists, each face being five hundred and fifty-five thousand six hundred and fifty yojanas, and the circumference being two million two hundred and twenty-five thousand yojanas. Although some say slightly different things, the meaning is just like this. These seven mountains, each having characteristics.

There is an explanation of "འི་", because it holds the yoke like the sun and moon, or because there is something like a rock yoke at the top, so it is called yoke holder. Similarly, the top is like a plowshare, the top has a sal tree forest, the top looks pleasing and beautiful, the top is like a horse's ear, the top has a posture of bending towards the center, the top is like the edge of a wheel, so it is said that way. The second is: there are seven playing seas between them. The first is eighty thousand. That is the inner sea. Its surface is three times. The other playing seas are half and half. The remainder is the outer sea. It is said to be three hundred and thirty-two thousand. The seven playing seas have the property of being able to be established, because the seven seas between Mount Sumeru and the Holder of the Wheel can be established in you. The first sea has the property of having width, because it has eighty thousand, that is, eighty thousand miles. That is the inner sea, because it is not the inner part of the eight seas. It has the property of having a surface area, because it is three times your own Thangka, each surface has two hundred and forty thousand, and finally it has four times that, nine hundred and sixty thousand. The width of the other six playing seas is halved from the previous one to the next, in order of forty thousand, twenty thousand, ten thousand, five thousand, half and three thousand, one thousand two hundred and fifty. Those seas have the property of increasing in depth from the previous one to the next, each surface of the first playing sea has two hundred and forty thousand yojanas, and finally nine hundred and sixty thousand. The second has four hundred thousand on each surface, and finally one million six hundred thousand. The third has four hundred and eighty thousand on each surface, and finally one million nine hundred and twenty thousand. The fourth has five hundred and twenty thousand on each surface, and finally two million eighty thousand. The fifth has five hundred and forty thousand on each surface, and finally two million one hundred and sixty thousand. The sixth has five hundred and fifty thousand on each surface, and finally two million two hundred thousand. The seventh has five hundred and fifty-five thousand on each surface, and the surrounding four times is two million two hundred and twenty thousand. Seven
