Other aspects, as well as the classification of the ten bhumis, including the meaning of the words, and praising the qualities and activities of the Buddha and paying homage, and concluding by showing that the activities are continuous. Secondly, the concise meaning of the other two is that, through the "Distinguishing the Middle from the Extremes," according to the view of the Mind-Only school, the three natures are separately explained, thereby distinguishing the Middle Way that is free from the two extremes of permanence and annihilation; by preventing the imputed from being established as true, thereby preventing the extreme of permanence; by showing that the dependent and the perfectly established are each established as true, thereby eliminating the extreme of annihilation. This treatise has five chapters: the chapter on nature, the chapter on obscurations, the chapter on suchness, the chapter on the practice of antidotes, and the chapter on the unsurpassed vehicle. The first of these, with the words "The unreal, the imagined exists," etc., explains the Middle Way of this school, which is free from the two extremes, the function of the twelve links of dependent origination, the synonyms of emptiness, and the way to be liberated by realizing it. The second chapter, with the words "Pervasive and partial and excessive," etc., explains the aspects of obscurations, and if the obscurations are summarized, they can be included in the two obscurations of cognitive obscurations and afflictive obscurations, and the way to attain enlightenment by being liberated from the two. The third chapter, with the words "Loving-kindness, the nature, is just that," etc., explains the suchness of the selflessness of persons and phenomena, the nature of the four truths, the three natures, the classification of ultimate reality, and the way to enter it. The fourth chapter, with the words "Because of the suffering, because of the cause of craving," etc., explains the mindfulness and the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, including the object and function. The fifth chapter, with the words "The unsurpassed nature is the accomplishment," etc., explains the nature and characteristics of the Great Vehicle and the aspects of conduct, the characteristics of ultimate reality, and the way to eliminate the two extremes, etc. The "Distinguishing Dharma and Dharmata" has no chapter divisions, and it says: "In short, all these should be understood as two kinds: dharma and suchness, because everything is included in them. The classification of dharma is samsara, and through suchness, the three vehicles are distinguished in detail, and liberation from nirvana." First, it briefly shows, and then it explains in detail through the rest. That is, it is based on the three natures taught by the previous treatises.

. The basis for the arising of the mistaken imputation of the dependent arising, the dharma that establishes samsara, and the perfected nature, which is empty of the imputation of the dependent arising, the nirvana that has abandoned either of the two obscurations, are explained in the manner of showing them to be the ultimate suchness of dharma. All of these are also done to show the cause of leading sentient beings to enter samsara, the nature of samsara, and the means of liberation from it, along with the result. Here, only a brief indication is given. Third, regarding the establishment of the six perfections, the activities of the bodhisattvas, if their types are summarized, are included in the six perfections. That is, as stated in the Ornament of the Sutras, because the number is fixed at six perfections. That is, because it is certain to be six perfections when considering the accomplishment of higher rebirth, the accomplishment of the two benefits, the perfect accomplishment of the benefit of others, the accomplishment of the three trainings, the collection of all the great vehicles, and the accomplishment of all aspects of skillful means. The first point is established, because from the cause of the six perfections, especially generosity and ethics, arises the complete and excellent higher rebirth. The second point is established, because accomplishing the benefit of others requires benefiting with material generosity, and for this, one needs ethics that refrain from harming others as the basis, and patience towards harm. Accomplishing one's own benefit requires accomplishing single-pointedness of mind, and for this, one needs diligence, and relying on it, the mind will become liberated. The third point is established, because abandoning material possessions eliminates poverty, not harming others eliminates harm, diligence in accomplishing the benefit of others, pleasing others, cutting off doubt, etc., are all done by the six perfections. The fourth point is established, because the first three perfections are included in the training of ethics, the latter two are the training of concentration and wisdom, and diligence belongs to all three trainings. As it is said in the Ornament of the Sutras: "Taking the three trainings as the main thing, the Victorious Ones taught the six perfections. The first three and the latter two are the two aspects." The fifth point is established, because not being attached to enjoyment and respecting the trainings, not being discouraged by suffering, rejoicing in all virtues, and the body and mind being serviceable, which increases higher insight, all arise from the six perfections. Sixth
