As it is said. However, if many people with different opinions and ideas kill one person, the difference between whether or not the fundamental sin is generated lies in: if there is no consultation, then each person needs to inflict some kind of deadly weapon on that person, etc.; even if one pretends to have a basis for consultation without the right to do so, if one does not have the intention to kill from the bottom of one's heart, then the fundamental sin will not be generated. The fourth is the defeat of false speech: changing the concept, saying that oneself possesses superhuman qualities, etc., is explained in this way, and the meaning also exists. That is, a monk with precepts, to someone other than himself, whose body is in an ordinary state and who has five names, without mistaken concepts, knowingly does not possess superhuman qualities, but performs actions with five characteristics for the sake of false speech, when the other person hears and understands, he will fall because of it. The object of speech must be a person; if one speaks to non-humans and animals, one will commit a minor offense. It must be a person whose body is in an ordinary state; if one speaks to a person whose body has been transformed, then only a slight offense will be generated. It must be a person who naturally possesses the ability to speak and understand, not a hermaphrodite, etc.; if it is not so, it will become announcing to others, failing to achieve the purpose, not being trusted, etc. It must be a person without mistaken concepts; for example, words spoken by a madman will not be trusted, or if one intends to say that one has attained the stream-enterer fruit, but says that one has attained the once-returner fruit, etc., the fundamental sin will not be generated. It must be said for one's own sake; if it is said for the sake of others, then only a slight offense will be generated. It must be a person who does not possess superhuman qualities; if he possesses them, then it will become a downfall for telling the truth, or innocent. It must be said after changing the concept, that is, even if one does not possess that virtue, but pretends to possess it and says so, then it will become a minor offense. For this, it must be language, one's own, clearly spoken, etc., possessing five characteristics, such as innuendo and letters, the fundamental sin will not be generated. There are two kinds of superhuman qualities to be spoken of

Therefore, there are two established from the perspective of the result and from the perspective of the cause. That is also because there are two established from the perspective of the result to be obtained and from the perspective of the path to be obtained. For example, like the preparatory stage of meditative absorption and the actual meditative absorption, or like the uninterrupted path and the path of liberation. Or there are two, because there are two qualities of noble beings. There are also two ways of speaking, because there are two ways of speaking from the perspective of the result and from the perspective of the nature. The first exists, such as hearing the voices of gods, nagas, yakshas, garudas, gandharvas, humans, or non-humans, actually seeing them, talking together and rejoicing with each other, etc. For example, a god of Sakya said, "I saw gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, etc., and I also spoke, and they also spoke to me." By saying this, the monk will fall to the end. Because it was said like that. The second exists, such as saying that one has attained the meditative absorption of the formless realms or the five clairvoyances and the stages of stream-enterer, etc., without having attained them. One must understand the meaning of what is ultimately said, because if one does not understand, one will only generate a little regret due to falling. Whichever of the four defeats it is, it needs to be someone who is not the first to commit the act, because when the precepts were established, the monks Zangjin and Nuojian, etc., did not incur defeat. For the four defeats, not only can one distinguish the defeat itself, the action of the defeat, the action of the action, and the action of the action of the action, but also for the remaining offenses, one can distinguish the action of that offense, the action of the action, etc., because the defeats and the remaining offenses are the same in that they are serious offenses. That is to say, if it is the action of either a defeat or a remaining offense, it must be a gross offense. If it is the action of the action, it must be a blameworthy offense. If it is the action of the action of the action, it must be a subtle blameworthy offense, because these are arranged in order of weight. If we distinguish gross offenses by words, there are two: gross offenses that are named and gross offenses that are qualities. The first of these two is encompassed by the gross offenses of defeats and remaining offenses, while the latter is merely that the five classes of offenses are also given that name. Also, the types of actions
