Auspicious longevity glorious food, This essence of condensed essence, Today the child will eat. By eating this, one becomes the Buddha Amitayus. If you rely on this food, from all diseases, You will be liberated, there is no doubt about this. Fourth, increasing life: In the sky above you, visualize the Buddha Amitayus and the lamas who transmit the longevity guidance, as well as all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, dakinis, Dharma protectors, guardians, and the vidyadharas of gods and humans.

Furthermore, regarding the subsequent permission of the Achieved Queen's tradition, it is good to add the supplement of the five deities of Amitayus and bestow empowerment, so it should be done as follows: First, take refuge and generate bodhicitta, then purify with Svabhava. From this, it completely transforms into the Victorious One, Amitayus, with a red body, one face, and two arms, holding a vase filled with the nectar of immortal life in the mudra of meditative equipoise. Adorned with silk garments and precious jewels, seated in the vajra posture. In his heart, there is a four-petaled lotus and a moon seat, in the center of which is Buddha Amitayus, in the east is Vajra Amitayus, in the south is Ratna Amitayus, in the west is Padma Amitayus, and in the north is Karma Amitayus. All of these deities are red in color, with one face and two arms.
