རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་བཅས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ཚེ་བསོད་ནམས་དང་། འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཚེ་དང་བསོད་ནམས་དང་། སྲིད་པ་གསུམ་གྱི་ཕུན་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བཀྲག་མདངས་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཐམས་ཅད། བཀྲ་ཤིས་པའི་རྟགས་བརྒྱད། རྒྱལ་སྲིད་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་སྣ་བདུན། བཀྲ་ཤིས་པའི་རྫས་བརྒྱད་ལ་སོགས་པའི་རྣམ་པར་བཀུག་ནས་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་ལ་ཐིམ། དེ་ལས་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྒྱུན་ཞེས་པ་ནས། སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་དག །ཁྱད་པར་དུ་ཡང་སྟོབས་དང་བསོད་ནམས་ཉམས་པའི་ཉེས་སྐྱོན་སྦྱངས། སྟོབས་དང་བསོད་ནམས་ཉམས་པ་སོར་ཆུད། ཚངས་པ་དང་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་དང་འཁོར་ལོས་བསྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དང་སྐལ་བ་མཉམ་པའི་འཆི་མེད་ཚེའི་རིག་འཛིན་ཐོབ་བྱུང་སྙམ་པའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད་ཅིག །ཅེས་དང་། ཨ་མ་ར་ཎི་དང་། སྐལ་ལྡན་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཞེས་སོགས་དང་། སྟོན་པ་བླ་མེད་སངས་རྒྱས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། །ཞེས་སོགས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་བྱའོ། །གསུམ་པ་དམ་ཚིག་དང་སྡོམ་པ་ཉམས་པ་གསོ་བ་ནི། མདུན་གྱི་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་རིགས་ལྔའི་ཞེས་པ་ནས། འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས། རྒྱལ་བ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཚེ་འཁྲིད་བརྒྱུད་པའི་བླ་མ་རྣམས་དང་། ཡི་དམ་ལྷ་ཚོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་ཉན་རང་དཔའ་བོ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་སྲུང་མའི་ཚོགས་དང་། ལྷ་མིའི་རིག་འཛིན་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱིི་བྱིན་རླབས་ནུས་མཐུ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྐུ་གཟུགས་དང་ཡིག་འབྲུ་དང་ཕྱག་མཚན་གྱི་རྣམ་པར་བཀུག་ནས་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་ལ་ཐིམ། ཞེས་པ་ནས། སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་དག །ཁྱད་པར་དུ་ཡང་དམ་ཚིག་དང་སྡོམ་པ་ཉམས་པའི་ཉེས་སྐྱོན་སྦྱངས། དམ་ཚིག་དང་སྡོམ་པ་ཉམས་པ་སོར་ཆུད། འཆི་མེད་ནས། སྙམ་པའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད་ཅིག །ཨ་མ་ར་ཎི་དང་། སྐལ་ལྡན་རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཞེས་སོགས་དང་། མི་འགྱུར་ལྷུན་པོ་སྐུ་ཡི་ཞེས་སོགས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་བྱའོ། །གསུམ་པ་ཚེ་བསྟིམ་པ་ནི། རང་གི་ཐུགས་ཀའི་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས། ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་བདེ་བ་ཅན་ནས་རྒྱལ་བ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ལ་ཚེ་འཁྲིད་བརྒྱུད་པའི་བླ་མ་ཡི་དམ་ལྷ་ཚོགས་སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་བསྐོར་བ་སྤྱན་དྲངས། བུམ་ནང་གི་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་རྣམས་ལ་ཐིམ། དེ་རྣམས་འོད་དུ་ཞུ་ནས་ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྤྱི་བོ་ནས་ཐིམ། ཁྱེད་རྣམ་པའི་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་དང་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་དབྱེར་མེད་དུ་གྱུར་ནས་འཆི་མེད་ཚེའི་རིག་འཛིན་ཐོབ་བྱུང་སྙམ་པའི་མོས་པ་མཛོད་ཅིག །ཅེས་བརྗོད་ནས་ཚེ་བུམ་སློབ་མའི་སྤྱི་བོར་བཞག་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མགོན་པོ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། རྗེ་བཙུན་འཇམ་པ

May the life and merit of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the life and merit of all beings, and all the perfections of the three realms, and all the splendor and glory of those, the eight auspicious symbols, the seven precious royal possessions, the eight auspicious substances, etc., be invited in various forms and dissolve into the mantra garland. From that, a stream of nectar arises, and all sins and obscurations are purified. In particular, purify the faults of diminished strength and merit, restore the diminished strength and merit. Generate the aspiration to attain the deathless life of a vidyadhara, equal to Brahma, Indra, and a Chakravartin king. Thus, and "Amarani" and "Son of a fortunate lineage," etc., and "Supreme teacher, precious Buddha," etc., make auspicious wishes. Third, restoring broken vows and commitments: Starting with the five families of Amitayus in front, light radiates. Invite all the gurus of the lineage of Amitayus and other longevity guides, as well as the mandala of deities, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, heroes, dakinis, Dharma protectors, and the assembly of guardians, and all the blessings, abilities, and powers of the body, speech, and mind of the great vidyadharas of gods and humans, inviting them in the form of images, letters, and hand implements, and dissolving them into the mantra garland. Thus, all sins and obscurations are purified. In particular, purify the faults of broken vows and commitments, restore the broken vows and commitments. From deathlessness, generate such confidence. Like "Amarani" and "Son of a fortunate lineage," etc., and "Unchanging Mount Meru body," etc., make auspicious wishes. Third, absorbing life: Light radiates from the HRIH (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, literal meaning: HRIH) syllable in your heart. From the Western Pure Land of Sukhavati, invite the gurus of the lineage of Amitayus longevity guides, the mandala of deities, and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas surrounded. Dissolve into the Amitayus in the vase. They all dissolve into light and dissolve from the crown of your heads. May your body, speech, and mind become inseparable from the body, speech, and mind of Amitayus, and generate the aspiration to attain the deathless life of a vidyadhara. Saying this, place the longevity vase on the disciple's head. Blessed One, Protector Amitayus, Venerable Manjushri.
