Recite these two, and add Vajra, Ratna Ayurjnana (Sanskrit Devanagari: आयुर्ज्ञान, Sanskrit Romanization: āyurjñāna, Literal Chinese Meaning: Life Wisdom), Padma Ayurjnana (Sanskrit Devanagari: आयुर्ज्ञान, Sanskrit Romanization: āyurjñāna, Literal Chinese Meaning: Life Wisdom), and Karma Ayurjnana (Sanskrit Devanagari: आयुर्ज्ञान, Sanskrit Romanization: āyurjñāna, Literal Chinese Meaning: Life Wisdom), then recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, and make offerings and praises. Then, it would be good if the five families of Amitayus could be generated in the vase. Even if they are not generated here, purify the disciple. From emptiness, on a lotus and moon cushion, visualize the disciple as Amitayus, red in color, with one face and two arms, and in the heart, a four-petaled lotus, with a red lotus and a moon cushion each in the center and four directions. After saying this, request the precious master to grant me the empowerment of the five wisdoms of Amitayus. Then, from the five families of Amitayus residing in your own heart, emanate a second self from each, and have them reside in the center and four directions of the four-petaled lotus in the disciple's heart. In the center is Buddha Amitayus, in the east is Vajra Amitayus, in the south is Ratna Amitayus, in the west is Padma Amitayus, and in the north is Karma Amitayus. All of them are red in color, with one face, seated in the vajra posture, and on the moon cushion at their heart is the syllable HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hrih), surrounded by a mantra garland. Then, from the HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum) and HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hrih) syllables in the heart of Buddha Amitayus in your own heart, light radiates in the ten directions, inviting all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of Vairochana and the Vairochana family to appear as Vairochana Amitayus. Entering from all parts of the disciple's body, they dissolve into Vairochana Amitayus in the heart, filling the inside of the body. All afflictions, ignorance, and the resulting sins, obscurations, and diseases, including killing, are pacified. All qualities, such as life and merit, are increased, and the nature of mirror-like wisdom arises, with the thought of having attained the deathless life accomplishment. After giving this instruction, bestow the life empowerment of Vairochana on the body. Child, you will conquer the Lord of Death, and your life will increase for a thousand kalpas, and the sin of killing will be purified. After saying this, place the vajra in the disciple's heart. Then, from the Hum and Hrih at the heart of the Ratna Amitayus in one's own heart, invite all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the Ratna and Ratna lineage in the form of Ratna Amitayus. They dissolve into Ratna Amitayus. From there, afflictive emotions of miserliness and the sins of killing and so on that arise from them. From there, the nature of the equality wisdom, immortal life. From there, bestow the Ratna life empowerment on the body. From there, recite the mantra Om Ratna Ayuh Jnana (藏文：ༀ་རཏྣ་ཨཱ་ཡུཿཛྙཱ་ན་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ratna āyuḥ jñāna，汉语字面意思：Om, Jewel, Life, Wisdom) and so on. Then, from the Hum and Hrih at the heart of the Padma Amitayus in one's own heart, invite all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the Padma and Padma lineage in the form of Padma Amitayus. They dissolve into Padma Amitayus. From there, afflictive emotions of desire and the sins of killing and so on that arise from them. From there, the nature of the discriminating wisdom, immortal life. From there, bestow the Padma life empowerment on the body. From there, recite the mantra Om Padma Ayuh Jnana (藏文：ༀ་པདྨ་ཨཱ་ཡུཿཛྙཱ་ན་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ padma āyuḥ jñāna，汉语字面意思：Om, Lotus, Life, Wisdom) and so on. Then, from the Hum and Hrih at the heart of the Karma Amitayus in one's own heart, invite all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the Karma and Karma lineage in the form of Karma Amitayus. They dissolve into Karma Amitayus. From there, afflictive emotions of jealousy and the sins of killing and so on. From there, the nature of the accomplishing wisdom, the attainment of immortal life, generate faith thinking that you have attained it. Bestow the Karma life empowerment on the body. From there, recite the mantra Om Karma Ayuh Jnana (藏文：ༀ་ཀརྨཱཿཨཱ་ཡུ་ཛྙ་ན་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ karma āyu jñāna，汉语字面意思：Om, Action, Life, Wisdom) and so on. This is the extensive method. If it is concise, from the Hrih at the heart of the five lineages of Amitayus in the heart, rays of light radiate in the ten directions, lineage.
