There are two explanations. The first concerns the ten powers, four fearlessnesses, four analytical understandings, and the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha. First, the ten powers exist. To destroy the adverse conditions of those to be tamed, like the vajra scepter of Indra, the aspect of the unshared omniscient knowledge that corresponds to the Dharma is the essence of power described here. It has ten aspects: the power of knowing what is and is not the case; similarly, the power of knowing the maturation of actions; the power of knowing various inclinations; the power of knowing various realms; the order of faculties; the path of universal progression; the power of knowing universal defilement and purification; the past abodes; the passing away and taking birth; and the power of knowing the exhaustion of defilements. Second, the four fearlessnesses exist. Because there is no fault consistent with the Dharma in the vow to possess perfect abandonment and realization, the aspect of unshared omniscient knowledge that is fearless is the essence of fearlessness described here. It has four aspects: "I am a Buddha," etc., vowing to possess the perfection of self-benefit realization; "I have abandoned all obscurations," vowing to possess the perfection of self-benefit abandonment; "Attachment, etc., obstruct liberation," vowing the Dharma of obstruction; and "If one strives to abandon it, one will definitely be liberated," vowing the Dharma of definite liberation; these are the four aspects of fearless omniscient knowledge. Third, the four analytical understandings exist. The aspect of unshared omniscient knowledge that engages without hindrance in the meaning of what is to be said and what can be said is the essence of the four analytical understandings described here. It has four aspects: the analytical understanding of Dharma, which knows the names of all phenomena as they are; the analytical understanding of meaning, which knows the meanings as they are; the analytical understanding of language, which knows the definitive words of all languages as they are; and the analytical understanding of eloquence, which knows all the distinctions of phenomena as they are. Fourth, the unshared qualities of a Buddha exist. The aspect of unshared omniscient knowledge that does not mix with inferior noble ones and conceptual thoughts is the essence of the unshared qualities of a Buddha described here. It has eighteen aspects: six unshared physical actions, and unshared verbal actions.

There are six. There are three unmixed activities, and three unmixed wisdoms. The first is that the body has no confusion, similarly, the speech has no clamor, the mind has no loss of memory and no equal abandonment, there is no concept that samsara and nirvana are different in the ultimate truth, and there is the ultimate wisdom of unexamined abandonment. The second is that there is the desire to benefit sentient beings, the diligence to tame them, the mindfulness of not forgetting the method, the samadhi of abiding in emptiness, the wisdom of distinguishing all dharmas, and there is no falling away from the liberation of abandoning obscurations. The third is that the infallible activities of body, speech, and mind are naturally accomplished, wisdom precedes, and there are three that follow. The fourth is that there are three ultimate wisdoms that know the three times of past, present, and future without obstruction. Secondly, at this time there is a way of establishing the three times, that is, what has disappeared at that time, that time is the past; what has already arisen at that time, without ceasing, that time is the present; what is focused on becoming at that time, that time is the nature of the future. Furthermore, there is a way of establishing the three times in relation to a particular basis, that is, in that thing, there is the cause of arising, but the conditions are not complete, and the part that has not yet arisen for the time being is the future of that thing; the part of that thing that has already arisen and disappeared is the past of that thing; the dharma of that thing that has arisen but has not ceased is the present of that thing. The meaning of these two ways of establishing is different, if according to the former, then the cause of the sprout becomes the past in the time of the sprout, if according to the latter, then the fruit of the sprout is also the past of the sprout. Then there is "especially respecting the Buddhas" etc., and in the case of "not abiding in form etc.", there are two: the support for practicing yoga and the explanation of yoga. The first, if someone asks, how does the individual who is the support for practicing all aspects of the three wisdoms practice? There is, that is, having previously approached and served the Buddha, accumulated roots of virtue, and a Mahayana virtuous friend.
