After giving this indication, mainly recite mantras, as well as Om Ruru Sphuru, etc., and scatter the vase water and image offerings repeatedly. Then: Hrih! I am the Great Compassionate One, from every pore, a stream of healing nectar descends. Naga kings and your retinues, through the splendor of profound mantras, suffering the pain of burning and cooking, as well as the suffering of being struck and cut by various weapons, etc., those who experience various sufferings, with the medicine of immortal life, may burning and cooking be pacified, may body and senses increase, may you be endowed with power and happiness, may you be liberated from all suffering. May you be endowed with joy and bodhicitta, in the realm of the senses, may you be endowed with desired enjoyments. May the deteriorated body, etc., be restored and increased, may the limbs be complete and happy. May all Naga diseases be pacified, may you be liberated from all suffering. May you be completely separated from the three lower realms, may you be endowed with the life of Brahma. Even if practicing Dharma, with senses tamed and abiding, may you see the face of the lion's roar. I, the sponsor, and all patrons, because of many affairs and rough behavior, digging the earth, splitting rocks, turning over fields, breaking stones, stirring water, cutting down trees, and doing unclean hearth activities. Naga deities and earth lords, your bodies and limbs, essence, and senses and enjoyments are damaged, and your hearts and eyes are hurt, may all faults be healed. Having healed in this way, your sight poison, touch poison, fang poison, breath poison, and mixed poison, causing leprosy, sores, scabies, as well as eye diseases, itching, mange, fire poison, boils, gout, leg swelling, dropsy, and all such diseases, may they not arise, may they be pacified. Having said this, make the lion's roar mudra and proclaim the oath: Hūṃ, I am the lord of the world, all the Naga kings and their retinues, listen to the Dharma teaching and the words of truth. If you do not listen to the words of truth, violating the command of the king of vidyā mantras, all the healing medicines will turn into a rain of weapons, piercing the vital points of the body.
