On the crown of the head, on the sun, is the essence of Padma Garwang, Svāhā Hū, red. On both shoulders, on the sun, is the essence of Heruka, Ṣa Ṭa He, black. In both eyes, on the sun, is the essence of Vajra Sun, Vaṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Ho, reddish-yellow. On the forehead, on the sun, is the essence of Hayagrīva, Phaṭ Haṃ, green. On the mother's navel chakra, on the sun, is the essence of Vajra Sun, Oṃ Vaṃ, red. In the heart, on the sun, is the essence of Yamamātrī, Haṃ Yaṃ, blue.
