Regarding the oleander: The flowers of the oleander are the tongue that pacifies the braying of horses and donkeys. From the two types, white and black, take one hundred and eight of the red ones. Strive to wash them with cow's milk and recite the mantra of the warrior's armor one hundred times. Each time a mantra is recited, press the flower on the crown of the self-arisen lingam. Thus, by fully abiding in the yoga of the deity, drink milk and bathe for seven days. Then fast for three days, and on the eleventh day, take those flowers, string them on oleander bark, and go to the bank of a great river. Offer to the wheel of yoginis, and then throw the flowers one by one into the water. All of this should be done in sequence, reciting the mantra once for each flower thrown. When the last flower is thrown into the river, if the river flows upstream, then take the flowers with the water in your cupped hands, and drink the flowers with the water without touching your lips. Thus, the verbal accomplishment that arises from this hundred thousand tantras will be achieved by the practitioner. The second part has three aspects: attracting by holding the mudra of the place of generation, attracting by relying on fire offerings, and accomplishing actions by relying on oleander flowers. The first aspect: Then, regarding the meaning of the mudra of the place of generation, although some slightly different explanations appear, one should bind the dharma-arising mudra and recite the attracting mantra with the added words one hundred and eight times. The mantra practitioner should face the image of the object to be attracted, and visualize the wheel abiding in the belly of the image to be attracted, and merge it into it. The wise practitioner should, in three sessions, press the thread with the thumb of the left hand and move the thread of the secret place with the little finger. The method of making the wheel and the image will be explained later. By doing this, even those who have committed great sins such as killing Brahmins in the past will surely attract Indra and others, as well as Ishvara and others, within seven days. What should the image of the object to be attracted be made of? Make the object to be attracted with red sandalwood powder and the footprints of the object to be attracted.

On the image made of clay, smear its body with ginger, long pepper, cubeb, and three salts. Moreover, thoroughly anoint it with beeswax as well. Then, the practitioner pierces the secret place of that image with a copper needle, threads the hole with a thread, and then moves it with the little finger. The wheel is a wheel inscribed with the letters and mantras of the six yoginis, to be placed at the navel of the image. That image is to be heated on the embers of smokeless sandalwood fire, by the wise one, reciting the mantra a hundred times each session for seven days, until the beeswax does not melt. Having done so, at the end of the recitation, one will definitely summon the lord of men and the minister, that is, the great official, as well as the consorts and retinue. The names and mantras of the lord of men and retinue are to be written on a Kapala leaf. The yidak is ra. Its nail polish is saffron smeared on the fingernail. ro ca na is gi ham, with these two inks mixed together, without distraction, having written it well, place it in the belly of the image, recite the name and mantra of the one to be summoned, facing that image, recite for seven days, and then fumigate that image on smokeless sandalwood fire. Also, it should be burned on the coal fire of the cemetery, this is said for the purpose of accomplishing the summoning work. The extent of heating is, as long as the beeswax on the image does not melt, heat it. By reciting the mantra one hundred and eight times for seven days, one will definitely summon ordinary kings, and even the wheel-turning king and retinue. The second method is: mix together the soil from the footprints of the one to be summoned, red sandalwood powder, and the remaining ashes from the cemetery. The ashes from the cemetery are best if they are ashes after burning. The practitioner mixes these materials together and makes an image of the one to be summoned. Then, diligently heat that image on smokeless sandalwood fire. Then, place that powder image on both hands, place the previous two wheels on it, and please that image with it.
