Clairvoyance, as well as the clairvoyance of recollecting past lives, which understands the places of one's own and others' past lives or many lifetimes, and the clairvoyance of knowing others' minds, which understands the ways of others' minds, and the clairvoyance of the exhaustion of defilements, which directly realizes the means of abandoning the two obscurations and the various ways of abandoning them. These are the main aspects of clairvoyance. In addition, there are many different distinctions. Clairvoyance is explicitly stated, therefore, some understanding of the past and future of oneself and others in an uncertain manner is not clairvoyance. Knowing some past and future events based on some signs or omens is conceptual thought, so it is not clairvoyance, but fools grasp it as clairvoyance. Twelfth, the classification of samadhi and the basis of classification. First, it is the mental factor of one-pointedness of mind on a correct object. The classifications are explained in many ways in the Mother Sutra, such as the two contemplations that contemplate suchness and the extent of all things, and the uninterrupted path and the path of liberation of the three vehicles, and the samadhis of the non-learner, etc. In general, in the mantra sequence, if one-pointedness of mind arises on a virtuous object, it is said to be samadhi regardless of whether it is long or short. Special samadhi is that which is included by calm abiding and insight, and that which is included by dhyana and the formless absorptions. Thirteenth, the gate of dharani, the basis of classification, and the classification. First, it is a special wisdom that is in accordance with calm abiding and is held by mindfulness and wisdom. There are three classifications: the dharani of patience, the dharani of secret mantra, and the dharani of words and meanings. The first is the samadhi and wisdom that does not fear the meaning of emptiness of reality. The second is the samadhi and wisdom that can pacify sins and so on, and can compose secret mantras. The third is the samadhi and wisdom that can hold the words and meanings without forgetting them for eons. These are obtained from the stage of patience on the path of preparation, but not before that. The words of dharani are called dharani because the expressed is named by the name of the expresser. By meditating on the meaning of the letters such as A, that is, their emptiness of self-nature, dharani is obtained.

Therefore, they are the doors of Dharani. Fourteenth, the ten powers of the Tathagata, have a basis for classification and classification. First, the Buddha's wisdom is able to destroy the unfavorable factors of those to be tamed, so it is called power, here referring to power. There are ten classifications: the power of knowing that the result of happiness and suffering arises from good and non-good causes without confusion; the power of knowing that the result arises from confusion; the karmic retribution of understanding all the differences in the results of actions; the power of knowing the various inclinations towards the three fruits of higher realms and definite goodness; the power of knowing the various different worlds; the power of knowing the differences between the sharp, medium, and dull faculties of beings; the power of knowing all the paths of higher realms and the three vehicles; the power of knowing the ways of affliction and purification as they are; the two powers of knowing the death and rebirth in past and future lives; and the power of directly knowing the exhaustion of outflows, the perfection of abandonment and realization, having abandoned all obscurations. Fifteenth, fearlessness, has a basis for classification and classification. The classification is: for the promise of being able to realize and understand the benefit of oneself and others, having ultimate fearless wisdom, here referring to fearlessness. There are four classifications: in terms of self-benefit, promising that oneself has fully awakened to all dharmas, because there is no debater in accordance with the Dharma who says "you do not understand," therefore it is fearless in showing the perfection of realization. In terms of benefiting others, in showing that the two obscurations will hinder the attainment of liberation and omniscience, because there is no debater who says "you cannot do it," therefore it is fearless in showing the Dharma of obstacles. In showing that liberation and omniscience can be attained by practicing the wisdom of the base and the wisdom of the path, because there is no debater who says "you cannot," therefore it is fearless in showing definite arising. And promising that oneself has abandoned all obscurations, because there is no debater who says "you have not abandoned," therefore it is fearless in showing the perfection of abandonment and realization. Sixteenth, separate knowledge, has a basis for classification and classification. First, there is no obstacle to the meaning of what is to be spoken and what can be spoken.
