It seems certain. If it is not understood in this way, then it is clear that it is not well understood. It is similar to the Madhyamaka school that accepts the eight abodes, the five paths, and the ten bhumis. Third, regarding the result, it also accepts the three nirvanas with remainder, without remainder, and the three kayas, and most of it is common to Madhyamaka and Yogacara, which will be explained later. The way of manifestation is as mentioned above in brief, and in detail it is clear in other texts and in the differences of philosophical systems, in distinguishing between definitive and interpretable meanings. There are two different ways of manifesting nirvana: The Vijnanavada-satya school believes that when the Sravaka Arhat of the Hinayana manifests the signless through his own path, the stream of consciousness will be cut off. According to the Vijnanavada-asatya school, even if the stream of suffering and afflictions is cut off, the stream of consciousness will not be cut off, because they believe that the stream of consciousness will continue until the level of Buddhahood. This is because they believe that ultimately one vehicle will be established, while the Vijnanavada-satya school believes that ultimately three vehicles will be established. Fourth, the Madhyamaka school has three aspects: definition, meaning of the term, and classification. First, the person who asserts the Mahayana philosophical system that believes that there is not even a particle of truly existent dharma is the definition of Madhyamaka. Second, because it accepts the view of realizing the absence of true existence of things that are free from the extremes of permanence and annihilation, it is the Madhyamaka school; because it asserts that all dharmas do not have any truly existent essence, it is called the assertor of no-self-essence. Third, it is divided into Svatantrika and Prasangika. The first has four aspects: definition, meaning of the term, classification, and tenets. First, the Madhyamaka that accepts the reason of its own system or the reason established by its own characteristics, and does not accept true existence even nominally, is the definition of Madhyamaka Svatantrika. Second, because it is the Madhyamaka that accepts the reason of its own system, it is the Madhyamaka Svatantrika. Third, the Madhyamaka Svatantrika is divided into two types: Sutra-following Madhyamaka Svatantrika and Yoga-following Madhyamaka Svatantrika. The former is like the teachers Lepa and Yeshe Nyingpo, and the latter is like the teachers Shantarakshita, Kamalashila, and Simhabhadra. Fourth, the tenets have three aspects: basis, path, and result. First, it is common with the lower philosophical systems.

Regarding their views and the common views with the Cittamatra school, most have been explained previously. Although they do not accept true establishment, they believe that self-established, self-characterized, and self-established from its own side are three terms that exist nominally. According to the Svatantrika Madhyamaka that follows the Sutra school, such as Shantarakshita, blue, for example, is considered to be different in essence from the consciousness that apprehends it and is an external object. According to the Yogachara Madhyamaka, such as Shantarakshita, like the Cittamatrins, blue is considered to be the same in essence or the same in nature as the consciousness that apprehends it. However, it has already been explained that the Cittamatrins believe that consciousness is truly established, while they do not. The Madhyamikas who assert external objects do not accept self-awareness, but the followers of Shantarakshita accept self-awareness. Furthermore, those who assert external objects do not accept the emptiness of external objects and the wisdom that realizes it, but if one believes that external objects do not exist, then it is reasonable to accept it. They believe that knowable things are definitely numbered as two truths, the true emptiness of a pot is the meaning of the ultimate truth, and the pot is the basis of the conventional truth. If the ultimate truth is divided in detail, it is the same as the Cittamatra school, and the conventional truth is divided into correct conventional and incorrect conventional. Among them, things like water and a face are correct conventional, while things like mirage water and the reflection of a face are incorrect conventional. The classification of valid and invalid knowledge is very similar to the Sautrantika school for the Madhyamikas who follow the Sutra school, while the Yogachara followers are more similar to the Cittamatra school. Both of these believe that when searching for the imputed meaning of a person who is nominally designated, it can be found, so they believe that the mental consciousness of a person is the basis of the person. The view of the three natures is somewhat similar to the Cittamatra school, but there are differences in the basis. They believe that the true emptiness of a pot is the nature of the perfectly established, while the other does not. The three natures are: compounded phenomena such as pots are dependent arisings, the aspect of imputing them as true is the completely imputed, and the emptiness of not being established as imputed is the perfectly established.
