Third, sowing discord is: Intentionally sowing discord among harmonious Bhikshus. Fourth, accusing is: When two Bhikshus are arguing with each other, and the Sangha has peacefully resolved it according to the Dharma, accusing again and stirring up the dispute. Fifth, teaching the Dharma to women is: In a place without a male companion, teaching women more than six phrases of the Dharma. Sixth, reciting together with one who has not received full ordination is: With a contemptuous attitude, reciting various Dharma phrases and tones together with a non-Bhikshu. Seventh, speaking of evil deeds is: One should not talk about his downfall, but speaking to other Bhikshus about the downfall of a defiled monk, or speaking to one who has not received full ordination. Eighth, falsely claiming superior human qualities is: Without special necessity, speaking to one who has not received full ordination about the qualities of superior human Dharma, such as one's own attainments of direct perception. Ninth, acting out of favoritism is: A Bhikshu in charge of handling Sangha affairs, giving others what should be commonly distributed by the Sangha, and then criticizing it. Tenth, belittling is: During Uposatha, etc., saying, "What's the use of such minor precepts?" speaking words of belittlement, and being heard by others. In the second set of ten, first, the downfall of destroying seeds is: For seeds of barley, wheat, etc., that have not been cooked by fire, etc., and sugar trees, etc., damaging them through beating, cutting, etc., it constitutes a downfall. Second, mocking is: A Bhikshu in charge of allocating Sangha residences, even if acting according to the Dharma, is mocked. Third, concealing admonishments is: When admonishing according to the Dharma for the purpose of correcting the Sangha, diverting the topic with deceptive means. Fourth, changing the residence is: For the Sangha's residence, if it is known that enjoyment will cause waste, without organizing it, exceeding a distance of forty-nine cubits.
