Ah! Stretching and shrinking unseen, oppression and swallowing? The body bends, the burden weighs heavily, binding and beating, and the suffering of killing, remember these. When after death, all the sufferings of the lower realms, the situation of experiencing them oneself, after contemplating, in order to be saved from that, to the supreme Three Jewels refuge, generate strong hope and reliance. Having taken refuge in this way, regarding good and non-good deeds, if one reverses the adoption and rejection, then one will not be saved, because one will fall into the lower realms, therefore, accomplish all white deeds. Abandoning the ten non-virtuous actions of killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, lying, divisive speech, harsh speech, idle talk, covetousness, malice, and wrong view, properly accomplish the ten virtuous actions. If due to carelessness and the influence of afflictions, one engages in non-virtuous actions, then contemplating the suffering of ripening, perform confession with the four powers. Secondly, the middling and common path is: Although having practiced in this way, one only obtains the rank of higher realms, but knowing that it is not true happiness, and one has not been liberated from suffering, thereby generating a strong desire for liberation. At that time, remember the sufferings of humans, such as birth, old age, sickness, death, encountering the unpleasant, separation from the beloved, not obtaining what is desired, and sorrow. The Asuras' bodies are cut and torn due to fighting, the gods of desire experience the five signs of death, and the upper realm gods are bound by the suffering of conditioning, remember these situations. In short, wherever one is born in the three realms of samsara, one cannot escape being tormented by any of the three sufferings, therefore, generate the determination to be liberated from samsara. The cause of generating suffering is the origin of suffering, mainly the five views and non-views, recognizing and wanting to abandon them, thereby generating a great desire for the Dharma. Being able to abandon the ten afflictions of desire, anger, pride, ignorance, doubt, the view of self, the view of extremes, wrong view, the view of holding views as supreme, and the view of holding adherence to vows as supreme. Recognizing how the twelve links of ignorance, action, consciousness, name and form, the six sense sources, contact, feeling, craving, grasping, existence, birth, and old age and death revolve in samsara. After fully understanding the process of samsaric existence, in order to obtain the supreme state of liberation, practice the three trainings of ethics, concentration, and wisdom, and strive diligently.

The way to enter is like this. The third is the great person, even if one strives in that way and only attains liberation, because one cannot perfect the two benefits of oneself and others, the only gateway to enter the Great Vehicle is to generate the supreme Bodhicitta. At that time, knowing sentient beings as mothers, remembering their kindness, repaying their kindness, love, compassion, and the sixfold superior intention, after becoming accustomed to them, one should properly generate experience in the nature of Bodhicitta. Giving happiness and virtue to sentient beings, and wanting to take their suffering upon oneself, with the skillful means of properly exchanging giving and receiving, one is able to exchange oneself and others. Even if one properly trains in Bodhicitta, if one does not enter the place of the conduct of the Bodhisattvas, one should know that one cannot attain perfect enlightenment, so one must enter the practice of the six perfections. Transforming wealth, Dharma, and fearlessness, etc., according to the wishes of each sentient being, with the wisdom of giving without attachment, one perfects the perfection of generosity. Abandoning all misdeeds, accumulating virtuous Dharma, and the three types of discipline that benefit sentient beings, striving to protect them as they are, one perfects the perfection of discipline. Not being angry at the causes that harm oneself, accepting the suffering that arises with a joyful mind, generating certainty in the Dharma, through good habituation, one perfects the perfection of patience. For the sake of each sentient being, even if one needs to study for enlightenment for countless eons, one is not weary, accomplishing virtuous Dharma and the benefit of sentient beings, one perfects the perfection of diligence. Focusing single-pointedly on virtuous objects, meditative stabilization brings ease to body and mind, accomplishing qualities, accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings, one perfects the perfection of meditative concentration. Discriminating all phenomena that are the objects of investigation, the wisdom that understands as they are and as far as they are, and the wisdom that properly accomplishes the benefit of others, one perfects the perfection of wisdom. One should know that on top of the aggregates, it is not merely imputed, but rather, without relying on anything, from its own side, the way in which a seemingly real "I" appears, one must first determine the object to be refuted. Then, that "I" must be either the same as or different from these two, body and mind, by determining, one understands that there is no permanence, autonomy, or substantiality, the three characteristics, one ascertains as it is. Such an "I" and the two, body and mind, if they are one, then the three, body, mind, and I, will become indivisible.
