་གསོལ། ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་སོགས་གསོལ་བ་དྲག་ཏུ་གདབ། གཉིས་པ་དངོས་གཞི་ལ། སྐྱེས་བུ་ཆུང་ངུ་དང་ཐུན་མོང་བ། འབྲིང་དང་ཐུན་མོང་བ། ཆེན་པོའི་ལམ་གྱི་རིམ་པ་ལ་བློ་སྦྱོང་བ་བྱིན་རླབས་ཞུ་བའི་ཚུལ་དུ་གསོལ་འདེབས་བྱེད་པ་གསུམ་ལས། དང་པོ་ནི། འཇུག་པ་བདེ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཚིགས་བཅད་དུ་བྱ་བ་ལ། ཐོག་མར་བླ་མའི་བརྟེན་ཚུལ་ལ་ཡང་བསྡུས་ན། དེ་ལྟར་མཆོད་ཅིང་གུས་པས་གསོལ་བཏབ་མཐུས། །འདིའི་ཕྱིར་ཕན་བདེའི་འབྱུང་གནས་བླ་མ་ལ། །མ་དད་ལོག་པར་ལྟ་བ་གཏན་སྤངས་ནས། དད་གུས་ཤུགས་དྲག་སྐྱེ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །ཤིན་ཏུ་རྙེད་དཀའ་རྙེད་ན་དོན་ཆེ་བའི། །དལ་བརྒྱད་འབྱོར་བཅུ་ཚང་བའི་རྟེན་འདི་ཉིད། །ཡིད་བཞིན་ནོར་བུ་བས་ཀྱང་དཀོན་མཐོང་ནས། །དོན་ཆེན་སྙིང་བོ་ལེན་པར་༴ དེ་ཚེ་མི་རྟག་ངེས་པར་འཆི་བ་དང་། །ནམ་འཆི་ཆ་མེད་ཤི་ཚེ་ཆོས་མ་གཏོགས། །གང་གིས་ཀྱང་ནི་མི་ཕན་རབ་ཤེས་པའི། །ལོང་མེད་རྒྱུད་ལ༴ ཤི་ཡང་ལས་གཉིས་ལུས་དང་གྲིབ་མ་བཞིན། །རྗེས་སུ་འབྲང་ཕྱིར་གལ་ཏེ་མི་དགེ་བའི། །ལས་ཀྱི་དབང་གིས་ངན་འགྲོར་སྐྱེས་གྱུར་ན། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་མྱོང་ཚུལ་དྲན་པར༴ འོག་གཞི་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ས་གཞི་དང་། །ལོགས་རྣམས་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ར་བ་རབ་འབར་ཞིང་། །ཕྱོགས་མཚམས་མེ་ལྕེ་འཁྲིགས་པས་ཆེར་གཟིར་པའི། །ཚ་དམྱལ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དྲན་པར༴ ཡང་སོས་ཐིག་ནག་བསྡུས་འཇོམས་ངུ་འབོད་དང་། །ངུ་འབོད་ཆེན་པོ་ཚ་དང་རབ་ཚ་བ། །མནར་མེད་ཚ་དམྱལ་བརྒྱད་རྣམས་སོ་སོ་ཡི། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཁྱད་པར་དྲན་པར༴ འོག་གཞི་ཁ་བའི་ཐང་དང་འཁྱགས་རོང་ཟབ། །མཐའ་ཀུན་གངས་རིའི་ཁོར་ཡུག་མུན་བཏིབ་པར། ཁ་བ་རླུང་གི་བུ་ཡུག་ཆེར་འཚུབ་པའི། །གྲང་དམྱལ་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དྲན་པར༴ ཆུ་བུར་ཅན་དང་བརྡོལ་དང་ཨ་ཆུ་ཟེར། །ཀྱི་ཧུད་སོ་ཐམ་ཨུཏྤལ་ལྟར་གས་དང་། །པདྨ་པདྨ་ཆེ་ལྟར་རབ་གས་པའི། །སོ་སོའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དྲན་པར༴ འདོད་པའི་དངོས་པོ་ཅི་ཡང་མེད་པ་ཡི། །ཤིན་ཏུ་ཉམ་ངའི་གནས་སུ་མི་སྡུག་གཟུགས། །བཀྲེས་ཤིང་སྐོམས་པས་རབ་གཟིར་ཉམ་ཐག་པའི། །ཡི་དྭགས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དྲན་པར༴ ཟས་སྐོམ་མི་རྙེད་རྙེད་ཀྱང་སྤྱོད་མི་ནུས། །ཟོས་འཐུང་མེ་འབར་འཚིག་ཅིང་རང་ཤ་ཟ། །རྣག་ཁྲག་ལ་སོགས་མི་གཙང་དངོས་པོ་ཀུན། །ཟ་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དྲན་པར༴ མི་ཤེས་ཀུན་དུ་རྨོངས་པའི་སེམས་ལྡན་པས། །ལེགས་ཉེས་བླང་དོར་འབྱེད་པའི་མཐུ་མེད་ཅིང་། །ཕན་ཚུན་གཅིག་གིས་གཅིག་གསོད་ཟ་བ་སོགས། །དུད་འགྲོའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དྲན་པར༴ མུན་ནག་འཐིབ་པོར་རང་གི་ཡན་ལག་ད

祈请。 如是祈请三遍等，猛烈祈请。 第二、正行，分三：与下士共通，与中士共通，大士道次第修心加持之理而作祈请。 首先，为令易于入门而作偈颂。 首先，略述依止上师之理： 如是供养恭敬祈请力， 为此利乐之源上师尊， 永舍不信邪见之执着， 祈愿生起猛烈之信敬。 极其难得得已具大义， 暇满人身此难得之身， 视之胜于如意宝珠， 祈愿取其重大之精华。 彼时无常必定死亡及， 何时而死无法预知死时， 除法之外任何皆无益， 祈愿无闲暇融入自心。 死已业力如影随形般， 紧随其后若因不善业， 堕落恶趣转生之时， 祈愿忆念所受诸苦。 下方一切为铁质地面， 四周皆为铁墙猛烈燃烧， 四面八方火焰弥漫逼迫之， 祈愿忆念热地狱之痛苦。 पुनर्जीवन (藏文) 黑绳、众合、号叫、大号叫、 अति तप्त (藏文) 极热与 अति तपन (藏文) 极热， 八热地狱各自之， 祈愿忆念痛苦之差别。 下方地面雪地与深冰谷， 四周皆为雪山环绕黑暗处， 暴风雪猛烈刮起之， 祈愿忆念寒地狱之痛苦。 疱疮、疱裂、紧牙、 आचू (藏文) 阿秋之语， 呼呼、索南、如乌 উৎপল (藏文) 乌 উৎপল (藏文) 莲花般裂开， 如 莲花、大莲花般极度裂开之， 祈愿忆念各自之痛苦。 任何欲妙皆不可得之， 极其困苦之处丑陋身， 饥渴交迫猛烈逼迫痛苦之， 祈愿忆念饿鬼之痛苦。 饮食难觅觅亦不能用， 食用燃烧成火焚烧自肉， 脓血等一切不净之物， 祈愿忆念吞食之痛苦。 无知恒时具愚昧之心， 无有辨别善恶取舍之能力， 互相残杀吞食等， 祈愿忆念旁生之痛苦。 黑暗笼罩自身肢体亦

Please grant [your] blessings. Thus, supplicate earnestly with three or more repetitions. Secondly, the main part [is divided into three]: supplications in the manner of requesting blessings for mind training on the stages of the path common to the small person, common to the intermediate person, and [the stages of the path of] the great person. First, to make entry easy, [I will present it] in verses. First, summarizing the way to rely on the guru: Through the power of offering and respectfully supplicating in this way, For the guru, the source of benefit and happiness, Having completely abandoned disbelief and wrong views, Please bless [me] to generate strong faith and respect. This leisure and endowment, complete with eight freedoms and ten endowments, Which is extremely difficult to find and, if found, is of great significance, Seeing this very basis as rarer than a wish-fulfilling jewel, Please [bless me] to take its great essence. At that time, impermanence, the certainty of death, And the uncertainty of when [I] will die, [Knowing that] at the time of death, nothing but Dharma will help, Please [bless me] to integrate [this] into [my] mind without delay. Even after death, karma follows like a body and its shadow, Therefore, if due to the power of non-virtuous karma, [I] am born in the lower realms, Please [bless me] to remember how suffering is experienced. The entire ground below is a ground of iron, And the sides are fences of iron, blazing fiercely, The directions and intermediate directions are filled with flames, greatly afflicting, Please [bless me] to remember the suffering of the hot hells. The ground below is a plain of snow and deep ice valleys, All around are snow mountains, shrouded in darkness, Blizzards of snow and wind are fiercely raging, Please [bless me] to remember the suffering of the cold hells. Blisters, Bursting, and the sound "Achuu", Kyi Hud, Sotham, cracking like Utpala (Sanskrit, Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Meaning: Blue Lotus), Like a Lotus and Great Lotus, greatly cracked open, Please [bless me] to remember the individual sufferings. In a place of extreme misery where no desirable objects can be found, [With] an ugly body, Tormented by hunger and thirst, utterly exhausted, Please [bless me] to remember the suffering of the hungry ghosts. Food and drink are hard to find, and even if found, cannot be used, Eating and drinking burns like fire, scorching and eating one's own flesh, All impure things like pus and blood, Please [bless me] to remember the suffering of eating. Possessing a mind that is ignorant and always deluded, Without the power to distinguish between good and bad, accepting and rejecting, Killing and eating each other, and so on, Please [bless me] to remember the suffering of animals.
