For the individual, it is not merely an imputation based on the self-grasping of the individual, but rather considering the individual as truly existent, as if grasped, when in reality there is no such self of the individual. Through the letter "ཀ," one directly realizes the two types of selflessness: the selflessness of phenomena and the co-emergent wisdom of the subject. Through the letter "Śrī," it symbolizes the union of the selflessness of phenomena and the wisdom of the subject as being of inseparable essence. Thus, the object and subject, like water poured into water, are indistinguishable, and one abides in the nature of this great bliss wisdom, generating the pride of "I am" and meditating on the Dharmakaya. Therefore, this method is called "the yoga of purifying the mind," because it is the yoga that purifies the mind by eliminating the ordinary appearances and attachments of grasping at duality in the mind. Then, in the state of indivisible bliss and emptiness, visualize oneself as the Heruka yab-yum (father-mother) form, and recite the mantra "Śrī Heruko'haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:श्री हेरुकोऽहम्,梵文罗马拟音:śrī heruko'haṃ,汉语字面意思:I am the glorious Heruka)." This is called "the yoga of purifying the body," because it is the yoga that purifies the body of ordinary appearances and attachments by visualizing the body as the deity yab-yum. Then, at the beginning and end, combine "Oṃ" and "Hūṃ Phaṭ," and recite the vowels and consonants three times. At that time, visualize the mantra garland as having five lights, surrounded by three "Ya"s in a counterclockwise direction at the navel chakra, from which one can emanate the five Buddha families or the assembly of deities of the three wheels. Exhale from one's right nostril, and the light radiates in the ten directions, destroying all obstacles. Then, inhale again from the left nostril, and it dissolves into the mantra garland at the navel chakra. This is called "the yoga of purifying speech," because it is the yoga that purifies speech by manifesting it as vowels and consonants. It is necessary to practice these three purifications because it is for the purpose of making the actual paths of the sadhana manifest as the play of the body, speech, and mind of Chakrasamvara. Second, in order to accomplish favorable conditions, the accumulation of merit is divided into three parts: First, in order to obtain rebirth as a human being in Jambudvipa, born from a womb, possessing the six elements, one accumulates karma that will be experienced after birth, and the method of accumulating merit in accordance with the Dharma. After that, one gradually visualizes the dissolution of the aggregates, etc., manifesting death as clear light, and in accordance with the Dharma, transforming death into the Dharmakaya.

The method of accumulating the accumulation of yoga wisdom. The yoga of transforming the intermediate state into the enjoyment body in accordance with the Dharma, with the wind-mind of the clear light of death as the only means to accomplish the intermediate state. The first has two parts: inviting the field of merit, and the method of offering to it. The first is how to practice: one's own self is visualized as Heruka, and in the heart, from the yellow bam (seed syllable, Tibetan: བཾ, Devanagari: vam, Romanized Sanskrit: vam, literal Chinese meaning: ban), in the center of various lotuses, from A (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: a, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: A), on top of the lunar disc, the letter Hum (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) of the first supreme bliss is blue. The five lights of the nature of the five wisdoms, such as the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, are full of light, and after purifying the obscurations of the three doors, the body becomes clear like a crystal ball and as pure as ghee. The light that emanates outward purifies the bodies of all beings and purifies the three doors. The light of the cloud-sound letter Hum (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) is for inviting the fields of merit. Hum (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) represents the five wisdoms: A (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: a, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: A) represents the wisdom of accomplishment, U (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཨུ, Devanagari: u, Romanized Sanskrit: u, literal Chinese meaning: U) represents the wisdom of discernment, Ha (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧ, Devanagari: ha, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, literal Chinese meaning: Ha) represents the wisdom of equality, Ma (seed syllable, Tibetan: མ, Devanagari: ma, Romanized Sanskrit: ma, literal Chinese meaning: Mum) represents the mirror-like wisdom, and the crescent moon together with Nada represents Akshobhya, which means that they represent the wisdom of accomplishment, the wisdom of discernment, the wisdom of equality, the mirror-like wisdom, and the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, respectively. In the field of merit, which object is invited? From the form of the Vajradhara Guru to the wrathful deities, the entire realm of space is filled like a sesame pod, and they are invited in the space in front. From which place is the invitation made? The Dharmakaya is taken as the natural abode and the Rupakaya is invited, and the Sambhogakaya is taken as the natural abode and the Nirmanakaya is invited, and from a specific place such as Ogmin, etc., the invitation is made, and here the latter is practiced. The method of inviting the Guru is generally twofold: the chief deity of the mandala is either the same or different, but here it is different, and there are two forms: ordinary and divine, but here the form of Vajradhara is invited. After the invitation, the method of contemplating where the light dissolves is to contemplate that it dissolves into one's own heart. There is a need.
