According to the record, all phenomena that are pure in nature are said to be "pure in nature is me." In reality, purity has a sequential order, and all phenomena encompassed by the grasper and the grasped must be viewed as the nature of emptiness. The fourth part has two: generation and blessing. First, there is a method of generation: From emptiness, from यཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal Chinese: Yang) and रཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese: Rang), on top of the mandala of wind and fire, there are three seed syllables. From that, in the middle of three human head tripods with the back of the head pointing towards the center, from आ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese: A) arises a single piece of skull, white on the outside and red on the inside, containing the five meats and five nectars, and ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese: Om) and so on, generated from their respective seed syllables. There is symbolism and necessity in doing so: arising from emptiness is to view them as manifestations of emptiness in nature; the wind and fire arising from their respective seed syllables is to know that they are merely nominally designated; the three tripods symbolize the basis of bliss, the three doors of the practitioner; the skull is a vessel for guarding bliss, the white outside symbolizes bliss, the red inside symbolizes emptiness, and the single piece symbolizes the inseparability of bliss and emptiness. There is a reason for placing the five meats as substances of nectar: having been blessed, one enjoys them oneself and offers them to the deity, which quickly attracts accomplishments like a hook and illuminates, hence they are called the five lamps. There is a reason for placing feces and so on as substances: by enjoying and offering them properly, one will achieve immortality. Generally, the five meats arise from the seed syllables of the five Buddhas, and the five nectars arise from the seed syllables of the five Buddha Mothers, but here they arise in reverse, and it is necessary to mark them with these letters: in order to bless the five meats as the nature of the five Buddha Mothers, and the five nectars as the nature of the five Buddhas. The arrangement of the seed syllables is usually clockwise, but here it is different: the letters of the directions are counterclockwise, and the letters of the corners are arranged clockwise. What is the manner of the shapes and positions of these substances: the meats can be like a whole piece or cut into pieces, like meat and nectar

Because it should be considered that various plants do not conflict with each other, or rather, do not obstruct each other's positions, and that meats are also placed within the nectar. Wind, fire, etc., have special symbolic meanings. For example, wind ignites fire, causing the substances in the skull to melt, etc. This symbolizes that by stimulating the inner fire (tummo) with one's own wind, the bodhicitta melts, thereby generating the wisdom of inseparable bliss and emptiness. This is in accordance with the methods of blessing inner offerings, etc., through the means of the Guhyasamaja and Yamantaka. Secondly, there is the method of blessing, which is that upon the substances, from the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) arises the khaṭvāṅga representing the mind vajra, which falls into the skull and melts, transforming the substances into the color of mercury. Above, the vowels and consonants that have become the nature of the deities of the three wheels are arranged, and they are transformed into the nature of the three syllables (Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ). From there, rays of light emanate, and from the nectar residing in the ocean, and from the hearts of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, etc., the nectar of wisdom is invoked, dissolving into the three syllables. After melting, it should be thought that the substances in the skull are blessed. Among these, from "becoming red and yellow" up to the previous part is the process of generating the samaya substances, and from then on is the process of invoking the wisdom substances. This is in accordance with the samaya deity merging into the wisdom deity, and the wisdom substances bless the samaya substances. Finally, it is necessary to recite the three syllables (Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ) three times, etc., because it is for the purpose of blessing the substances into the nature of the three vajras. The second part is divided into two points: blessing the offerings and torma, and the method of inviting guests and making offerings. The first point is that the blessing of the offerings will be explained later, and the blessing of the torma should be done like the inner offering. The second point is also divided into two points: inviting and making offerings, and entrusting activities and requesting them to depart. The first point is that by making the leaping mudra, and verbally uttering the syllable Pheṃ (Tibetan: ཕེཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: फें, Sanskrit Romanization: pheṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Pheṃ), and inviting the guardians of the directions, etc., with rays of light, in order to purify the attachment to ordinary appearances, they are absorbed into the clear light, manifested as Heruka and consort, and after blessing the tongue, offerings are made with mantras. There is a reason for making offerings with the mantra twice.
