In particular, Sadkaram is veneration, Argham is offering, Pratitya is to receive individually, Svaha is exhalation. Others are as before, Patyam is foot washing water, Achamanam is face washing water, Prokshanam is sprinkling. Then, Om Ah, all beings born in the three times and the ten directions, etc., the torma should be offered. To summarize the meaning: beings born in the three times, that is, all things and the realms of the ten directions, reaching the edge of the sky, like the arrangement of oceans and clouds, all the worlds without exception, all interdependent relationships, the union of appearance and emptiness, and all also appear separately in name, but in ultimate truth, they belong to and merge into the realm of non-existent Dharma. Also, all the realms of the three times and ten directions that reach the edge of the sky, all the protectors of the world that exist in them, and not only that, all sentient beings are also regarded as protectors of the directions. Vajra weapons, etc., are to identify the object of offering the torma, the meaning is as before, the former is the container, the latter is the essence. The four lines of flowers, etc., are to offer the torma, from "my wealth gold" to "please destroy" is to eliminate obstacles, from "my wealth gold" to "please accomplish Hum Svaha" is to entrust the task of accomplishing favorable conditions. The appearance of Om Ah at the beginning and Hum Svaha at the end is because there are torma mantras in Chinese texts, and when translated into Tibetan, the beginning and end are kept as they are. Then, offering two waters and toothpicks is because in India, after enjoying food, one washes and the toothpick faces the door. Then, offering with outer and inner offerings is easy to understand. Then, repent with the Hundred Syllable Mantra and "unattained" etc., and request to return with Om Ah Hum Vajra Mu, etc. Thus, it is necessary to perform the preliminary torma offering, because in order to protect against the obstacles of demons when meditating on the main practice, and to entrust the task of accomplishing favorable conditions. Fourth, self-generation, offering blessings, divided into two: the method of blessing, and when to offer. First, oneself with the pride of wrathful Vajra

Then purify with the action mantra. Reciting the mantra of shunyata and remembering its meaning, from the state of emptiness cultivated in the indivisible bliss-emptiness luminosity, each Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ā) syllable, equal to the number of offerings, suddenly appears. These dissolve into light, transforming into skullcups, each white on the outside and red on the inside. Starting from your right, inside these, place the offering water and so forth in order, each with the first letter of its name: A, Pa, Bu, Dhu, A, Ga, Nai, Sha, etc., and Ru, Sha, etc., adorned with bindus, from Om, Pam, Pum, Dhum, to Shi, etc., and Hum to Svam, etc., each one. When these are completely transformed, their essence is the wisdom of indivisible bliss-emptiness, their form is the individual form of the offering water and so forth, and their function is to generate extraordinary, uncontaminated bliss in the field of experience of the six senses of the guests, contemplate them as having this power. Purifying the offerings with the action mantra is, as explained in the 'Strong Arm,' because the offering water moves like water, the flowers are like worldly flowers, the incense is like blackness, the lamp is like a single topknot, the fragrance is like a fragrance eater, the food is like a torma eater, and the music is like a theatrical performer, with obstacles entering and creating hindrances, for the sake of dispelling these. And purifying into emptiness is for purifying ordinary appearances and attachments. And generating the seed syllables, the first letter of each name, is for understanding that the offering substances are merely labeled with names. And viewing them as the aspect of bliss-emptiness is for the sake of having the enjoyer of the offerings, the object to be enjoyed, and how they are enjoyed, all arise as the play of indivisible bliss-emptiness wisdom. The forms of the offering substances are, in order, offering water with eight qualities, divine flowers, incense of sandalwood, etc., scented water contemplated with sun and moon or white butter lamps, camphor, etc., food of a hundred tastes, divine music, etc. And the places where they are offered are, in order: face, feet, head, nose, eyes, heart, tongue, and ears. The five desirable qualities are offered to the five senses, such as the eyes. The seed syllable of the skullcup, Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ā), represents emptiness, tummo, subtle life-force, and co-emergent great bliss. The skullcup represents the great bliss that arises from the union of red and white bodhicitta, along with the winds that are its mount, etc., and blesses them with the three syllables as the nature of the three vajras.
