The pure realm is also shown as a male deity, which appears in the Father Tantra, such as the Guhyasamaja. The completely pure aggregates and faculties are also shown as a female deity, which appears in the Mother Tantra, such as the Hevajra. Just as the moon at the time of the full moon and the moon at the fifteenth are of the same essence, the completely pure form, etc., at the time of sentient beings and the completely pure form, etc., at the time of the Buddha are of the same essence. As it is said in the Abhisamayalankara: "The pure form, etc., of the result, the nature of purity is that, these two are not different, because they are indivisible, they are called pure." This is a summary of the meaning of the various forms, etc., spoken of in the Hundred Thousand Verses and the Twenty Thousand Verses, etc. There is no difference between the completely pure form, etc., and the form, etc., being completely pure. There is no difference between the nature of affliction and the affliction of nature. There is no difference between the nature of hell and the hell of nature. The nature of pretas and the nature of animals, the nature of suffering and the nature of origin, the nature of ignorance, etc., for those that cannot be comprehended, should be understood in the same way as the nature of pretas, etc., without change or difference. The three aspects of outer, inner, and other are: outer and inner are the manifestation of the alaya-consciousness, the outer is the container world, and the inner is the sentient beings, which is the conventional truth. Other than this conventional truth is the ultimate truth, the Tathagatagarbha, the manifestation of the alaya-wisdom. As it is said in the root tantra of the Two Examinations: "The Victorious One's independent body is other, body, speech, mind, and bliss are also other, the collection of aggregates is also other, the elements such as earth are also other, the objects and faculties are also thus, the actions of the karmic faculties are also other, likewise the karmic faculties are also, all the hands and feet, etc., all the eyes, head, and face, all the listeners in the world, all pervade and abide." This is the meaning of it. The three aspects of outer, inner, and secret are also, outer and inner are the same as before, the secret is: other than this conventional truth, the secret of body, speech, and mind. The imputed and the dependent are: the manifestation of the alaya-consciousness, the conventional truth, etc. The perfectly established is: the manifestation of the four bodies of wisdom, the Tathagatagarbha.
