Because he had no time to liberate beings, his emanations appeared as twenty-four stone lingams, heads, and so on. In each place, he placed a support. They also make offerings and tsokhor, focusing on the supports. Those deities were very greedy, so they dallied with their consorts during the four periods of the day. They were very hateful, so they killed many people and enjoyed human flesh and blood. They were very ignorant, so they were deluded about the law of karma and its sole meaning. Each of them was surrounded by many cruel retinues. They freely enjoyed the five desirable qualities. After conquering the entire Jambudvipa, they spoke arrogant boasts. They themselves entered the wrong path and caused others to enter as well. At that time, the Heruka Bhagavan, the embodiment of the fruition of the emanation body, the glorious Chakrasamvara with four faces and twelve arms, together with his retinue, descended from the summit of Mount Meru to the land of Magadha in Jambudvipa. He subdued all the fierce Vajrabhairavas and their retinues by means of the three modes of subduing, enjoying, and absorbing. Having brought his body, speech, and mind under control, he pressed Bhairava Dushana under his feet. He placed mundane pra karas and so on between the transcendent Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: om, literal meaning: Om), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum), Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum), Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, literal meaning: Phat) and blessed them as mantras. He made his mind faint, cut off the continuous flow of grasping and fixation. Having blessed him with great wisdom, he placed him in the uncontaminated bliss, and Bhairava attained perfect enlightenment under the earth. He gradually arranged the retinues into mandalas. Without withdrawing his activities, he actually resided in Jambudvipa. He turned the great wheel of Dharma at Bodh Gaya, and in the twenty-four places, there are the three wheels of body, speech, and mind, and in the eight great charnel grounds of the borderlands, there is the wheel of samaya. Thus, the place of enlightenment is Akanishta, the place of expounding the tantras is the summit of Mount Meru. The place of taming those to be tamed is Jambudvipa, the assembly of deities of the five mandalas in which the retinues to be tamed, the fierce Vajrabhairava and his retinue, are placed in peace. The retinue of listeners are Buddhas and Bodhisattvas as numerous as the dust of Mount Meru, and fortunate gods and humans, etc. The retinue of the questioner is Vajravarahi or Vajrapani. The retinue of the compiler is also the same. The Dharma Lord spoke the root tantras, explanatory tantras, and so on. Moreover, other dharmas in kalpas

Although it declines due to the power of habitual tendencies, it does not decline because it is practiced by the heroes and heroines residing in the twenty-four sacred places of Chakrasamvara. Since Shakyamuni Buddha was the son of King Suddhodana, he did not speak again, and he said that it would not decline in the future. In particular, in the western country of Oddiyana, in that place where all men are heroes and all women are heroines, there is the self-arisen palace of Heruka, called Dharmaghadza (藏文:དྷཱརྨ་གྷ་ཛ་,梵文天城体:Dharmaghadza,梵文罗马拟音:Dharmaghadza,汉语字面意思:法库), surrounded by inconceivable things such as moats and iron walls. In that place, which is difficult for ordinary people to enter, Vajrayogini, the mother of all Buddhas of the three times, is surrounded by countless dakinis of the world and beyond, and in general, she is the master of all tantric lineages, especially the Chakrasamvara lineage, and resides there. In India, most of the tantras also originated from there, and placed the disciples on the path of maturation and liberation. Furthermore, for beings like jewels, he manifests as Guhyasamaja; for those with sharp faculties, he manifests as Hevajra (ཀྱཻའི་རྡོ་རྗེ།), Mahamaya (མཧཱ་མ་ཡ།), Vajrasana Four Seats (རྡོ་རྗེ་གདན་བཞི།), Kalachakra, and so on. To subdue those with strong delusion, he manifests as Vairochana; to subdue anger, he manifests as Akshobhya; to subdue pride, he manifests as Ratnasambhava; to subdue desire, he manifests as Amitabha; to subdue jealousy, he manifests as Amoghasiddhi; for beings afflicted by disease, he manifests as Bhaisajyaguru; to quickly liberate beings from the lower realms, he manifests as Sarvavid; for those who cannot be subdued by peaceful means, he manifests as the Ten Wrathful Ones; to protect the Dharma, he manifests as the Dharma protectors of wisdom; to eliminate poverty, he manifests as the wealth deities, and so on, manifesting in various ways according to what needs to be tamed, benefiting beings. In particular, in this Saha world of the three thousand great thousand worlds, for the sake of countless wild and untamed beings of the five degenerations, who are difficult to tame even by the Buddhas of the three times, he manifests as a hundred million supreme emanations of Shakya King in a hundred million four continents, and shows the way to complete enlightenment through the twelve deeds, turns the three wheels of Dharma, and performs vast benefits for countless superior and inferior disciples. Furthermore, there are the emanation of craftsmen, Karma Vishva, and so on, as well as the emanation of births, tigers, lions, and monkeys.
