In order to abandon all afflictions to be abandoned, and in order to realize all knowable objects to be realized, one attains the ultimate state of abandonment and realization. As the venerable Chandrakirti also said: 'In order to abandon all afflictions, and in order to increase wisdom regarding knowable objects, the Buddha blossoms like a lotus; therefore, the Buddha is the Buddha.' Thus, the Buddha also has two bodies, three bodies, four bodies, five bodies, and so on, with many distinctions, but they are all included within the three bodies. Among these, the Dharmakaya is said to be that which abides merely in the very wisdom of suchness itself, and that is called the Dharmakaya. The Sambhogakaya is as stated in the Lankavatara Sutra: 'In the delightful realm of Akanishta, residing above the Pure Abodes, there the perfectly enlightened one becomes enlightened, and a single emanation becomes enlightened there.' And in the Gandavyuha Sutra it says: 'All Buddhas are in Akanishta, those who have not become Buddhas are in the desire realm, and they do not perform the deeds of becoming Buddhas.' He accomplishes Buddhahood in the manner of possessing the five certainties. The Nirmanakaya is: 'Crafts and birth and great enlightenment, constantly showing Nirvana, the Nirmanakaya of the Buddha, is the great method of liberation.' Among these, the first is the Nirmanakaya of crafts, the second is the Nirmanakaya of births such as birds, and the third is the supreme Nirmanakaya like Shakyamuni. Then, they are shown in the manner of the twelve deeds: passing away, entering the womb, being born, crafts and play, renunciation, being taught, going to the presence, subduing the hosts of Mara, enlightenment, turning the wheel of Dharma, and passing into Nirvana. These twelve deeds are considered to be merely emanations of the Sambhogakaya of great compassion. In the year 957 BC, on the eighth day of the Saka month in the Wood Mouse year, the Teacher was born. In the year 878 BC, in the Water Sheep year, during the dark month, he taught the Kalachakra, and in the Saka month, he passed into Nirvana in the city of Rashtrakuta. Note: Secondly, the view of the Secret Mantra Vajrayana is: Our Teacher, the perfectly enlightened Bhagavan Buddha, is truly without confusion regarding what beings should adopt and abandon. With great compassion for the sake of limitless beings, he first generates the supreme Bodhicitta, and then with the force of great diligence, he accumulates merit and wisdom.

Like an ocean of wisdom, accumulated in union, especially through the swift path of the profound two stages of Secret Mantra Vajrayana, directly realizing the wisdom of co-emergent bliss and emptiness, and finally in the Akaniṣṭha Pure Land, demonstrating the attainment of Buddhahood as the great Vajradhara, the embodiment of the four bodies and five wisdoms. Among them, all Buddhas are the unity of the dependent body, the relying wisdom, and the benefiting activity of deeds. The first of these is the three bodies: Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya, or the Svabhavikakaya and the fourth body. Among these, the first Dharmakaya possesses two kinds of purity, namely, self-nature purity and the purity of the place. The Dharma-nature of the ground, free from all extremes of elaboration on the three aspects of arising, ceasing, and abiding, abiding in this, is the Svabhavikakaya or the unconditioned Dharmakaya. Purity through cultivation, that is, purity through the object-possessor, is through the path of meditation, purifying all obscurations, and realizing the meaning of reality as it is, this is the Jñanakaya. Such a Dharmakaya possessing two purities, its support is the Sambhogakaya, possessing seven branches. The great Vajradhara adorned with excellent marks and signs is the Sambhogakaya, symbolized by skillful means and wisdom or the union of bliss and emptiness, the body in union with the consort of self-radiance, and the supreme unchanging great bliss wisdom in its heart is great bliss, the nature of such body and wisdom, abiding without being established in anything, therefore it is without self-nature, possessing unconditioned great compassion for all sentient beings, therefore it is filled with great compassion, such a Sambhogakaya with the complete perfection of non-dual bliss and emptiness wisdom, its nature exists until the extent of space, therefore it is constant and uninterrupted, with unconditioned mind, Bodhicitta, and the power of aspiration, no adverse condition can sever it, and temporarily it is not interrupted by different kinds, therefore it is without obstruction. Thus, Acharya Vagishvarakirti said: "Sambhogakaya and union, great bliss without self-nature, great compassion pervades constantly, without obstruction as branches."
