Purity, which pervades all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, is thus identical with the Svabhavikakaya. The way in which the two, kaya and jñana, are related is as follows: the dharmadhatu jñana and the mirror-like jñana are both Dharmakaya; the samata jñana and the pratyavekṣaṇa jñana are the Sambhogakaya; the kṛtyanuṣṭhana jñana is the Nirmanakaya. Furthermore, the collection of all jñanas is the Dharmakaya; the mirror-like is the Sambhogakaya; the samata and dharmadhatu are the heart of the Sambhogakaya; the pratyavekṣaṇa is the speech of the Sambhogakaya; the kṛtyanuṣṭhana is the activity of the Sambhogakaya, which is the Nirmanakaya. It is also said that the dharmadhatu is the Dharmakaya, the mirror-like and samata jñanas, the pratyavekṣaṇa jñana is the Sambhogakaya, and the kṛtyanuṣṭhana jñana is considered the Nirmanakaya. None of these are contradictory in meaning, because the Buddhas are the kaya of jñana. The third general meaning is the activity of the enlightened activity: due to the power of past aspirations and compassion, arising from the collection of causes and conditions, interdependence arises, and it arises effortlessly without contrivance, that is, it is spontaneously accomplished without effort or contrivance, it continues uninterrupted until samsara is empty, it appears vast like the sky, and it appears in various forms in accordance with the way in which beings are tamed, possessing the four qualities of enlightened activity. For those to be tamed, immeasurable benefits arise, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, a wish-fulfilling tree, a vase of plenty, or a stupa of the Akashagarbha, benefiting beings for as long as samsara exists. Saraha says: By the power of habituation, all doubts are overwhelmed. The two fruits are the perfection of self and others. The two, cause and effect, are inseparable in essence. By the power of aspiration and compassion, the two rupakayas arise. Like a vase of plenty and a wish-fulfilling precious jewel. The body without grasping is exceedingly beautiful. Various forms appear to those to be tamed. All these are inconceivable emanations. Also, as it says in the Bodhicaryavatara: Like a wish-fulfilling jewel and a wish-fulfilling tree, how they fulfill all desires, similarly, by aspiration, (the Buddha) appears as the body of a king to those to be tamed. For example, Akashagarbha, having built a stupa and passed away, his passing is long ago.

Even upon arriving there, just as pacifying poison and the like, practicing the Bodhisattva conduct and being in accordance with it, also accomplishing the stupa of the Victorious One. The Bodhisattva passes into Nirvana, even having passed away, he accomplishes all purposes. Thus it is said. The King of Jetsun, Milarepa, said: There, compassion arises naturally, power and fearlessness, form, etc., whatever qualities of the Buddha there are, arise in the manner of a precious jewel. Thus it is said, although there is no effort or conceptualization, the benefit of sentient beings arises effortlessly and spontaneously. For example, the wish-fulfilling jewel does not have the thought of giving what is desired, but when it is hung on the top of a victory banner and prayed to, all desired things fall like rain, this is how they consider it. Thus, the words of realization of the great Vajradhara, the teacher of these, have been shown. A concise Dharma source lamp clarifying the biographies of the glorious Barom Kagyu.
