Specifically pointing out: For all sentient beings in the six realms of existence, it is also said in the Samadhiraja Sutra: The Sugata-garbha pervades all beings, and the Thus-gone One has said that one's own mind is the Buddha. Furthermore, in the second chapter of the Tantra King, it says: Sentient beings are themselves Buddhas, but they are obscured by adventitious stains. If those are removed, then they are Buddhas. Thus, in all the Sutras, Tantras, Shastras, and oral instructions, it is said that the pure essence exists in everyone. Although it exists, because it is not realized and not experienced, sentient beings have not attained Buddhahood and wander in samsara. Buddhahood does not arise without meditation. In the Avatamsaka Sutra, it is also said: Just as a deaf musician plays a lute in the middle of the marketplace, but he himself does not hear a thing, so it is with Dharma without meditation. Just as a blind painter paints in the middle of the marketplace, but he himself does not see a thing, so it is with Dharma without meditation. If a precious jewel is wrapped in coarse cloth, light and all desires will not arise. If it is cleaned and placed on top of a victory banner, light and all desires will arise. Realizing one's own mind through meditation is Buddhahood. In the Tantra of the Dakini, it is also said: In this life, the supreme Buddha is attained by meditating on the mind. Apart from the precious mind of the Buddha, there is neither Buddha nor sentient being. Thus it is said. If one meditates, temporary and ultimate qualities will arise. These are the ways to practice that are shown: A faithful person should first seek and rely on a true Lama. Taking the three vows as the root, making it the basis of Dharma, the skillful means of the Six Dharmas of Naropa and the Ten Dharmas, and the ultimate view of the Great Seal, the order of instructions is shown separately: Offer to the Lama and present a mandala. Generate faith and respect and make supplications. After purifying sins and obscurations with the nectar of glorious Vajrasattva and the hundred-syllable mantra, the Dharma Lord, peerless Dagpo Rinpoche, first taught the co-emergent union. Then, meditate on the Great Seal meditation and introduce one's own mind as the Great Seal. Discriminating the differences between experience and realization, removing faults and deviations, obstacles and hindrances, the order of stabilizing and enhancing the instructions

Practiced the stages. Finally, after the ultimate realization arose, he dedicated the merits after completing the instructions. The disciples of the Lord were Sangye Gompa and Lama Rinchen Barompa, these two. Kyeme Zhang and Dharma Lord Drigungpa, following the lineage of the former, through the stages of instructions, knowing the key to the arising of experience and realization in oneself. For individuals with different minds, with their afflictions, latent tendencies, etc., knowing how to tame them with the appropriate antidotes, by giving instructions, experience and realization will arise. The way to put that meaning into practice is shown: For those who progress gradually, the instruction to enhance is shown. For those who leap over, the instruction to connect is shown. For those who attain all at once, the instruction to introduce is shown. For beginners, the instruction of shamatha and vipashyana is shown. In practice, equalize shamatha and vipashyana. To realize the great seal of one's own mind, there is no order of abandoning and adopting in shamatha and vipashyana. All phenomena of samsara and nirvana, without exception, are not established as something other than one's own mind. Having realized the nature of mind, there is no separate meditation. When not meditating, there is being mindful and not being mindful. When one has meditated, everything appears as meditation. The key point of how to put it into practice is shown: In the uncorrected, it is the meaning of unadulterated. In the primordial wisdom that is continuous, without abandoning or placing, it abides naturally and forcefully. In the clear ocean of unborn luminosity, the various appearances of conceptual thoughts, like waves and bubbles, in the non-dual wisdom, let them dissolve naturally. Experience and realization arise inseparably. Although there is no abandoning or adopting, obscurations are naturally purified. In the dharmakaya, free from elaboration, non-dual union, qualities arise in the temporary and ultimate states. Emptiness, dependent arising, is the unborn, luminous, empty, and substantial dharma. Appearances, white and red, various forms of emptiness. Non-dual wisdom, union, great seal. By meditating on that, all qualities arise, just as rays of light exist when the sun exists. What is the need to meditate on emptiness? The mind becomes happy to benefit others. Understand that the arising of meditation is the kindness of the lama. Faith and respect arise that the lama is the Buddha. Pure faith arises from the depths of the bones. In the qualities of other outer and inner philosophies,
