If you are born in the Eastern Continent of Superior Body, you will see a lake decorated with a pair of swans. Do not go there, remember to return. If you are born there, although there is complete happiness, because the Dharma does not flourish there, do not enter there. If you are born in the Southern Continent of Jambudvipa, you will see beautiful palaces. If you want to enter, enter there. If you are born in the Western Continent of Godaniya, you will see a lake decorated with a pair of horses. Do not go there, return here. Although there are enjoyments, because the Dharma does not flourish there, do not enter. If you are born in the Northern Continent of Kuru, you will see a lake decorated with cows, or a lake decorated with trees. Know that these are signs of being born there. Do not enter there. Although you have longevity and merit, because the Dharma does not flourish there, do not enter. If you are born as a god, you will see beautiful multi-storied palaces made of various jewels. It is okay to enter there, so enter. If you are born as an Asura, you will see beautiful forests, or you will see something like a spinning wheel of fire. By no means enter there, remember to return. If you are born as an animal, you will see caves, burrows, huts, and forms of mist. Do not enter there. If you are born as a hungry ghost, you will see stumps, dark places, hollow rock crevices, or pitch-black places. If you go there, you will be born as a hungry ghost and experience various sufferings of hunger and thirst, so by no means

不要去，要忆念回遮！要以精进心生起强烈的清净观！如果生于地狱，会因恶业听到歌声，或者不由自主地进入，或者出现去往黑暗的岛屿和黑色房屋，以及红色房屋、黑色地洞、黑色道路等景象。如果去了那里，就会堕入地狱，无可奈何地感受寒热之苦，没有脱离之时，所以不要去那里，要谨慎！无论如何也不要陷入！关闭胎门，忆念回遮！如是所说，此时此刻是需要的！ 唉，具种姓之子！即使你不想去，也会不由自主地被业力的刽子手从背后追赶，不由自主地必须去，前面有刽子手，以及杀生者带领，还有黑暗、红色旋风、巨大的哭声、冰雹、猛烈的冰雹、暴风雪，你会生起逃跑的景象！现在你惊恐地去寻求庇护，去往上面所说的豪宅，或者岩石的庇护所，以及地洞、森林深处，以及莲花等口是圆形的里面得到解脱，在那里隐藏，害怕被拉出去，心想现在从这里拉出去是不行的，害怕离开那里，你会对那个地方非常执着。如果拉到外面，害怕遇到中阴的那些恐惧，因为害怕那些而躲藏在里面，就会取一个前所未有的恶劣身体，感受各种痛苦，这是妖魔鬼怪阻碍你的征兆，所以，那时，有一个甚深口诀，你仔细听并且记在心里！在那时，被刽子手不由自主地追赶，以及产生恐惧的时候，瞬间圆满忆念，观想为薄伽梵大殊胜黑汝嘎（藏文：བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཆེ་མཆོག་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ，梵文天城体：श्री भगवान महा हेरुक，梵文罗马拟音：śrī bhagavān mahā heruka，汉语字面意思：吉祥世尊大黑汝嘎），或者马头明王（藏文：རྟ་མགྲིན，梵文天城体：हयग्रीव，梵文罗马拟音：hayagrīva，汉语字面意思：马颈），或者金刚手菩萨等，如果你有自己的本尊，就观想其身体巨大、肢体粗壮，将一切魔障焚为灰烬的忿怒尊，生起一个令人恐惧的形象！以其加持和慈悲，就能脱离刽子手，获得选择胎门的主权，这就是甚深口诀啊！

If born in hell, due to bad karma, one might hear songs, or be forced to enter involuntarily, or have visions of going to dark islands and black houses, as well as red houses, black pits, black roads, and so on. If you go there, you will fall into hell, helplessly experiencing the suffering of heat and cold, with no time to escape. Therefore, do not go there, be careful! By all means, do not fall into it! Close the womb door and remember to turn back! As it is said, this is what is needed at this time! O son of noble family! Even if you do not want to go, you will be involuntarily chased from behind by the executioners of karma, and you must go involuntarily. In front, there are executioners, and killers leading the way, as well as darkness, red whirlwinds, great cries, hail, fierce hailstorms, blizzards, and you will have visions of fleeing! Now, as you go in fear seeking refuge, you may find liberation in the mansions mentioned above, or in rock shelters, and caves, deep in the forests, and in lotus flowers and other round-mouthed places, hiding there, fearing being pulled out, thinking that it is not right to be pulled out from here now, fearing to leave that place, you will become very attached to that place. If you are pulled outside, fearing to encounter those fears of the bardo, you will hide inside, fearing and dreading them, and you will take a bad body that has never been taken before, experiencing various sufferings. This is a sign that you are being obstructed by demons and spirits. Therefore, at that time, there is a very profound instruction, listen carefully and keep it in mind! At that time, when you are involuntarily chased by executioners, and when fear arises, in an instant, complete the recollection, visualize yourself as the Bhagavan Great Supreme Heruka (藏文：བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཆེ་མཆོག་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ，梵文天城体：श्री भगवान महा हेरुक，梵文罗马拟音：śrī bhagavān mahā heruka，汉语字面意思：Glorious Lord Great Heruka), or Hayagriva (藏文：རྟ་མགྲིན，梵文天城体：हयग्रीव，梵文罗马拟音：hayagrīva，汉语字面意思：Horse Neck), or Vajrapani, etc. If you have your own Yidam, visualize that deity as having a large body and coarse limbs, a wrathful deity who terrifies and reduces all obstacles to ashes! Through its blessings and compassion, you will be freed from the executioners and gain the power to choose the womb door. This is a profound instruction!
